This charming studio apartment was in the perfect location to Forsyth Park and many wonderful restaurants and cafes.

Very nice location and nice classic interior design. Only complaints are AC complexity, no basic tv channels and no ice available.

When I did not receive the text re: codes etc to property the after hours person ( can’t remember her name sadly) she was over the top helpful and I am super grateful for her time and help.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location was good but the description was somewhat deceiving. The only entrance was through an alleyway between garbages. Upon entering a very adorable entryway, there was the smell of mold. There were many random items against the walls of the entry area alcove and across the entry way in what appears like the main residence porch. The outdoor seating area did not look like the picture – there was only one chair and rather than two. The inside was clean, so that was good.
