Good location, easy checkin, clean, nice kitchen, spacious rooms, car parking and tesla charging available, our family - just blast, very good time...lot of good restaurant walking distance, walk to beach, 20th street - walk - good restaurants, biking , kayaking, boating etc. Lido is a nice place to go, walk on beach, surf, nice perfect beach....very spacious...our family have excellant vacation, will visit again. Need improvement like one of the bed is not firm - need to be upgraded and also AC was not cooling the room enough in day time.

We loved our stay at this beach house. We had two families and it accommodated us perfectly. It was very clean and everything was in great condition. The distances to the beach was perfect because it was such a short walk. The patio has a perfect view of the ocean. They had everything we needed for the beach! Beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards and lots of beach toys.

We were a family of 6 (4 adults, 2 kids) that stayed here mid March. Pros: - Proximity to the beach (3 min walk down the street) - made it so easy with the little ones. There are lots of sand toys available in the garage as well as a couple of coolers and several beach chairs. (Not listed under amenities so it would have been nice to know in advance - I almost ordered some sand toys to bring) - Spacious, airy - space is roomy and everyone was able to spread out comfortably in their own space/rooms. So nice to have the outdoor patio table with views of the ocean. Cons: - PARKING. Listing says 1 space available but it is a TINY garage and you are expected to share with the downstairs unit which is pretty much impossible unless you are both driving minicoopers. We ended up having to trade off the garage space with the downstairs renters - street park for half of our time there and garage the other half. That was probably the biggest nuisance - weekend street parking meant having to circle around a ton and park several (6-8) blocks away. - Responsiveness - I emailed a week prior to ask if it would be possible to have a pack and play there (since the listing mentioned a high chair); I messaged a couple of times and got zero response. However, when we arrived there was a pack and play (but no high chair as promised). We made due but that was a bit annoying that the listing listed a high chair as amenity that wasn't available. The pack and play was a great help though, wish I knew about it in advance so I didn't have to stress as much about where the baby would sleep. - Cleanliness - floors could definitely use a steam mop after every rental or something. Our baby's hands and feet were black from the floors. Otherwise everything was fairly clean. - The TV remote was missing for us (during March Madness - not cool) so we ended up calling and someone came and brought a new remote. Other remotes and a ceiling fan weren't working and he also brought batteries. - Leak - one of the canned lights in the master bedroom was leaking a lot during the rain while we were there. Not a huge deal for us but did wake us up in the middle of the night. - The rental was decently stocked but it would have been nice to have some basic things like lotion, kleenex, a colander in the kitchen, and hooks for towels in the hall bathroom.

The overall experience was very good. It is clean and nice apartment with easy access to the beach less than a block away. Amenities were good, and most of the shops and restaurants and pier are walking distance.

We came out for the College Football Championship and we really enjoyed this house and the location. Close to everything, great restaurants in the area. We will be back!

We had the best experience staying at this lovely beach house. Easy walk to the beach. Beautiful Newport Pier. Amazing sunrise/sunset views. So close to everything we wanted to do. Lovely & comfortable home. Family Thanksgiving was the best this year! Thank you!

Not even 5 minutes of our 1 year old crawling in this house and his hands and knees were BLACK. I would have expected for the price we paid to have had some clean floors, especially when they ask you to remove your shoes in the house (this is probably only so it’s not so loud for the neighbors below). The fan / light remotes will turn on and off lights in whatever room it pleases since they aren’t linked to the specific room. The TV also has a mind of its own and will shut off randomly. For the price we paid we would have expected a little more than just location but cleanliness and amenities as well. Hopefully property management will put some funds back into this house.

The property is amazing. It is clean, comfortable beds, and a great location. You can see the ocean from the balcony, the kitchen is great. The grill is nice to have. It is one of my favorite vacation rentals in the area.

Our first time in Newport Beach and this property made our stay memorable. Great location near the beach and clean. Would definitely come back in the future.

Great property. Bright and airy. Modern.

I understand that it lists that there is no air conditioner in the property. However due to the heat wave it was 88 degrees in the house and warmer. The recommendation was box fans which just circulated the warm air. When you are spending that much money per night portable air conditioning units should be provided. Just my opinion. Other than that the property was great.

This was a great place to stay. Close to the beach. And very relaxing. Vacasa was a great host as well providing assistance when needed.

Excellent location steps away from the beach very clean can see the ocean from the balcony.

We had a wonderful week in Newport Beach. The house was clean and spacious. What a great location very close to the beach.

Pros: Very large and spacious bedrooms and bathrooms, comfortable beds, nice minimalist decor. Everything is functional. Great location. Ample beach chairs, boogie boards and umbrellas.
Cons: can't really think of anything, if hard pressed I would say the BBQ didn't work well and couldn't find a colander. But definitely not a deal breaker and would stay here again.
