Convenient to Goose Rocks beach access we were just two adults so home was quite comfortable . Getting in and out of kayaks at high tide was very difficult but worth the effort. Close to Kennebunkport and all it offers.

My family and I had a lovely time at the property! The view was beautiful and the house was quaint. It had everything we needed and being so close to the beach was perfect for walking our two dogs every day!

The property is located right on the marsh with beautiful scenery. The house looks small from the outside but is very spacious. Loved that it came equipped with so much in the kitchen. And tons of toys, books, board games etc. for the kids! We didn’t get to use the canoe or blow up paddle board but loved that we had the option. The beach was a two minute walk from the house. Overall was a great weekend away for my family! And Jill was very responsive when I contacted her about check in. Would absolutely recommend!

Beautiful area, short walk to the beach, very comfortable house.

The cottage is very cozy, well maintained and well stocked. The windows allow so much light in to warm the soul, and the view is fantastic in the dining and living area. We enjoyed watching the tide come in and go out each day in the outdoor seating. Be sure to bring your binoculars for watching the local birds. The only negatives were that the yard was unkept. The grass was very long and there were sticks and branches all around, however this year's rainy weather could be a contributing factor. Also, the kitchen stove hood is on its last leg, but the good news is the smoke alarms work very well. For those wanting to spend the day at the beach, you have all you need, including proximity to be able to walk there and back to the cottage in the event that you have forgotten anything. Lastly, we were happy to be able to bring our fury friend. She enjoyed both the cottage and the beach. Thank you to the host Jill for the welcome gift of hot pepper jam and crackers. Nice touch!

We totally enjoyed access to the ocean and overlooking the marshland. It was a cozy retreat to come home to after exploring tourist spots. We appreciated the book full of suggestions for restaurants, sites,etc. try The jelly and crackers from our host was a nice welcome.

This place has everything we look for in a rental: clean, comfortable beds, stocked kitchen items. Great location for after Labor Day. Loved being on the salt marsh for bird watching, and loved having an easy, quick walk to the beach.

We had such a wonderful week in Goose Rocks. The property was perfectly situated so that we could enjoy the beach and the estuary. We kayaked, swam, bird watched, made s’mores and so much more. A lovely family get away!

Adorable, clean, and very comfortable cottage for our family vacation. Enjoyed beautiful sunsets over the marsh. Loved the short walk to the beach, as well as the convenience to the beach store and the Tides restaurant. Property was well-equipped with everything we needed and more. The owners were fantastic - very thoughtful and responsive. A GRB gem!

My family and I had a wonderful time at Goose Rocks Beach. Jill is a wonderful host that communicated all the information we needed just prior to our arrival. I had a couple questions that were answered quickly. Communication was excellent. The house was fantastic. Plenty of room for our family of 5. We had some rain but the games that were there helped pass the time until we could get back on the beach The house was clean and comfortable, as were the beds. The kitchen was fully stocked and had everything we needed-and then some- to cook meals. Everything was clean and in good working order. The shed had was a great spot to stash our beach gear and had plenty of games and beach supplies in case you forget something. The location couldn’t better. The marsh was in the backyard and we caught a beautiful sunset our first night there. Walk out the door and your feet are in the beach sand in 30 seconds. Can’t say enough about how great the beach is- plenty of room to spread out and enjoy the sand and water, even with young kids. The general store across the street from the house had excellent coffee, pastries, sandwiches, and more and we even got some great souvenirs from the gift shop upstairs. The house was easy to find and amenities like the grocery store and pharmacy are close by. We even took a ride into a ride into downtown Kennebunkport Overall 5/5 stars. Highly recommend this house if you are looking for a great beach getaway

We had such a great week. The location is great. We loved being so close to the beach while also being right on the marsh. The sunsets from the back yard are beautiful. The house was stocked with everything we needed and was comfortable and cozy. We loved everything about this property.

Convenient to beach. General store across street has everything . Clean . Quiet. Just tall people be aware ceilings are low. Other than that great stay. Just very responsive

We loved the proximity to the beach, but mostly the gorgeous views of the marsh and wildlife right from our dining room table. And the sunsets. We enjoyed the backyard and indoor views as much as the beach!

Wonderful home and you sure can’t beat the location! Jill is a great host and communicator - the property offers many fine details including a very well stocked kitchen, games, kayak’s, paddle board, and water toys for guests to use! Our vacation was perfect - and we’ll be back - Thank You!!

While the weather was not the best during our stay, the cottage was beautiful, and views of the marsh were absolutely amazing! Also, Jill was a wonderful and addressed all questions quickly and completely.

The owner was lovely to work with and responded very quickly.

This home is a rare gem. Immaculately clean and so well stocked. We enjoyed four beautiful days walking the beach,watching sunsets from the back yard. Explored Kennebunkport and surrounding areas. We loved this Maine cottage for our Spring getaway!! We enjoyed walking on the beach, visiting Kennebunkport, walking our dogs and relaxing in this cozy cottage. The views are amazing and the cottage has everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Can’t wait to come back!!

This house is perfect! Well equipped for meals in, a walk across the street and you are on the beach, then the living room has full windows to sit and enjoy the beautiful sunsets over the marsh. Our group thoroughly enjoyed ourselves, even if it is still winter!!

This is a lovely property next to a tidal marsh and very near the beach. It serves as a perfect retreat. Very prompt and reliable correspondence.

We had a lovely time renting this 3 bedroom/1 bath cottage on the cove, only steps away from the beach. All modern conveniences were available, including coffee, tea, and sugar! Very clean and cozy. Amazing views of the cove outside the door/main living area. A perfect location for going for a walk on the beach, going to Cape Porpoise, or downtown Kennebunkport. It was very comfortable, even on a rainy day - Lots of seating options in the living room and streaming services on the tv for watching Christmas movies. A cozy, comfortable, and clean experience!

This little cottage is in a great location, very quiet and serene in November. The back is a tidal marsh with expansive sunset and star views with access to Goose Rock Beach across the street. The cottage itself is well appointed - comfy pillows and beds, thick towels and everything a cook would need in the kitchen.

This property is exactly as advertised. A clean and tidy beach cottage in walking distance (2 min) to Goose Rocks Beach. Easy in and out of the property with parking on site for 2 vehicles. The area provides many beach options N and S of GRB as well as excellent restaurants. The off season is a nice time to avoid the summer crowds and still be outside. Close to Portland for an evening in the city and Freeport for LL Bean and outlets. Being able to have our 12-year-old dog was so great (recommend Coastal Pet Care but call well in advance) because we would never kennel her at this age. She also loved playing frisbee on the beach every am and pm. Cottage has all cooking items you would need for a night in but why be in when the restaurants are soooo good! Try Wanby Landing, The Little Barn at The White Barn Inn, or Roma for NY-style pizza! Overall, this was a wonderful stay!

We had a great time in this lovely little home where they have thought of everything. Very clean, comfortable and cozy with gorgeous sunsets and just a stones throw from the beach where we enjoyed multiple walks along the beautiful shoreline.
