The house was very nice. Love the decor and the outside areas were really nice for our morning tai chi and evening wine. We traveled with 2 electric cars so it was nice being able to charge our cars. Pool was too cold to use but the pool area was nice. We did febreeze soft surfaces in the living room it was obvious that pets had been there.

The property was a great space - plenty of room for our family of four. We were impressed with how clean the pool was, and it was great to have it on site. Like other reviewers mentioned, the beds were super comfortable. The location was close to downtown everything we wanted to get to in Tucson.

The house was perfect for what we needed. The only thing if I had to add anything would be a few more towels and washcloths. Also one of the rugs under the beds was kind of rolled which created a trip hazard. Other than that it was perfect!! I would definitely stay here again!!

This property has the potential to be good but it is not. I found out not from the listing but from another reviewer about the shared pool area. Upon arrival I was very disappointed that there were weeds everywhere, garbage beside the trash can and the property looked generally unkept. My son and I were 18 mins early and were unable to access the property until the cleaning lady came to change the code. The furniture is all stained, the fridge was not working and I fished a beer can and a water bottle out of the shared pool. I contacted the owner and stated all of these things, because it was a Sunday she couldn’t not replace the fridge and our perishables had to go to waste. She was supposed to let me know what time the fridge was going to be switched but didn’t. I had to contact her. At this time, I also informed her about the pile of garbage (deflated floaties, old chair covers, general garbage etc) in the backyard. Along with empty cups, cans etc. I also told her that neither of the bathroom doors closed. The main one was falling off the hinges at the top and the ensuite was stuck partway. I requested one nights stay refund to this she didn’t even respond. When the guys came to take the fridge, they couldn’t get it through the door so we left as they had to get tools etc. when we came back, a new fridge was in and working (which was good), one bathroom doors was fixed and they had piled all of the backyard garbage in one pile in the corner of the yard. We spent 12 nights on property and came home to dog poop in the common area as the other renters had 2 dogs and a cat, weeds that were up to my shoulder on the side patio area of the house, completely stained patio cushions at our patio table, sharp tin and screws from the extra tin fence they put up laying on the ground. I heard from the owner one more time the day before leaving where she said the landscaper was arriving at noon to get rid of the weeds I had complained about…to little to late PLUS the landscaper never did arrive. When we left the weeds were still shoulder and hip high. The pool had loose screws in the bottom, the skimmer net was completely full of holes, there are little blue pieces of plastic everywhere from the pool cover completely disintegrating. Overall, our stay was terrible. We have travelled to Tucson and rented VRBO a bunch of times, as we have 2 kids at U of A. This is the worst managed property that we have ever stayed anywhere in the world.
