I have to say that this house was so impressive, it truly exceeded my expectations. It was tastefully and beautifully decorated and had pretty much everything we needed. I could tell that every bit of the decor was carefully selected which added such charm and elegance. The property manager was very accommodating to our needs and responded quickly and kindly to every question which really gave me the comfort and assurance I needed. This property without a doubt is highly recommended by me.

Nice get away for our guys trip 2023. Close to the airport. Close to Fort Lauderdale beaches and entertainment.

We have been going to Florida for years and have a lot of experience and therefore a good comparison with other holiday homes. The house is only suitable for guests who do not mind the following things: - Safety hazard (uninsulated cables outside by the pool) - Invasion of privacy 3 surveillance cameras in the pool area (not mentioned in description when booked) - uncleaned condition when moving into (e.g. long black hair in bed) - dirty outdoor area - pool with leftover swimming gear from prior guests (so it was obviously not inspected before our arrival) - unsightely poolfloor - broken tiles in the house - Incomplete crockery, just enough for 3 people - torn down curtain rod in living room - Torn off toilet roll holder in the master bathroom - non-closing door in master bathroom - Burn holes in patio furniture - generally an unkempt overall condition - a much too high price We moved out after only one night and asked a few times the landlord for a partial refund. The landlord does not respond to our inquiries. We contacted VRBO/FeWo-Direkt about this .The landlord denies the defects to VRBO/Fewo-Direkt although we send proof photos. Do yourself and your families a favor and do not book this house.

Great house. Came over to Fort Lauderdale for the tortuga music festival. My wife to children and another couple. We had plenty of space everything we needed in the house was just fine. Enjoyed soaking in the pool for a couple hours prior to heading down to the beach for the festival each day I recommend staying there.

We stayed over a weekend with the family and could not have been happier. We had a fantastic time at this truly luxury home, everything was as advertised at a perfect location very convenient to everything. Communication with the home owner was quick and easy. We did not want to leave and highly recommend the property.

Overall this is a decent house to rent for a family or for a sizable party of friends. Now, there is an range of opinions and standards in the world, so I’m going to be objective as I can. I will say upfront that I would stay at this place again but I would hope that the owners would make a few reasonable updates. Again this is my opinion. Pros: The property manager is very responsive and accommodating to the extent possible to your needs. The pool was treated twice during our stay. My children love the pool! 4 bedrooms were nicely decorated and clean. Overall the house was clean upon our arrive. The property is located not too far from beaches and the city of Miami. We went yo Ft Lauderdale Beach and North Beach Miami during our stay and there are other nearby beaches close by. The check-in process worked well. No issues. There were no issues with the neighborhood. Nice quiet neighborhood but it’s ethnic. Overall, I would stay here again, however here are some things I would hope the owner would change or work on. Please provide access to a washer and dryer and cleaning supplies like a brome and dust pan. Clean the refrigerator, freeze and oven after ever visit. We could tell this hasn’t been done lately. Purchase a new set of pots and pans. We had to improvise greatly in this area. Clean the outdoor patio area including the grills Provide propane tanks for the fire pit and grill. (There is an electric grill but it wasn’t clean. We had to clean it to use it.) Purchase new bathroom floor mats or use something that is disposable they harbor germs. Again, overall my family had a nice stay but I hope the owner’s would take more time to pay close attention to the details. They matter.

Pool wasn’t attended to resulting in green algae that made it unusable . Shower in master bedroom was a safety issue waiting for an accident. Seating wasn’t sufficient for a 4 bedroom house, the couch was very uncomfortable . House needs a washer and dryer.

Beautiful place would highly reccomend!
