Check-in and communication with host was a breeze. Property manager is helpful and responsive so our issues were attended to in a timely manner. A few areas of improvement would be having the spa heated as we had to request the property manager to heat it every time we wanted to use it. And when we did, the water level dropped down to where it was nearly empty so we never got to use the spa. The kitchen has dull knives and one tiny 6"x6" cutting board so definitely pack your own if you plan to cook. The grill was not clean, which made it extremely difficult to light. Only one burner lit and it was very low flame, and the grease pan was full which caught fire. When we mentioned this to the host, they delivered a new one (the next day). We had planned our meals around the grill so this was a unfortunate event. The bathroom lights are on an automatic sensor so it's an assault to the eyes if you use the bathroom in the middle of the night. We would prefer a manual switch for that reason. Although we ran into some issues, the property manager was quick to respond and remedy the situation. Would be a 5 star rating had everything been in working condition, including the kitchenware. We suggest this property if the suggested improvements are in place.

This was a wonderful property for our family with an excellent outdoor area for socializing. The pool was nice and very large.
