First of all, this property is centrally located to anything you would want/need. Situated within walking distance to the beach, shops, and restaurants. Cathy went above and beyond in her communication and accommodations. Her rental is conveniently stocked and prepared for most everything you will need, including beach equipment, games, kitchen essentials, coffee, etc. I could not recommended this rental enough. We loved staying at this condo. Great location, easy access to the beach. Great communication with the host and loved all the little touches. You can tell that a lot of thought was put into all the details. We truly felt at home!

We had a wonderful stay at Cathy’s condo in HHI. The property was extremely clean and exactly as described. Wonderful amenities including a shaded pool, beautiful beach, and all of the gear needed to enjoy! It’s a smaller complex, so was very quiet. Cathy was a great host with fast and detailed communication. Property is convenient and walkable to restaurants. Two king beds is also a plus, and both rooms were spacious with nice closet space. One level living with plenty of seating. Definitely would recommend this property!

If you want to feel like you've truly escaped with no worries this is the place to stay. Cathy has thought of everything. The home is beautiful, clean, well stocked and very comfortable. Luckily, we are just a few hours from HHI and are able to drive but I would 100% recommend this place for anyone who is flying and doesn't have the luxury of packing all the beach necessities in a car. Great walking location to many restaurants and shopping. Easy walk to the beach and walk out the back door to the pool. My only complaint is that we couldn't stay LONGER! I will definitely book this spectacular rental again!

This condo is in a great location, close to Cologne Plaza. The unit overlooks the pool and is a very close to the beautiful beach path that takes you to the ocean. Pool and ocean…the best of both worlds especially when vacationing with kids! The unit literally has everything you could possibly need: beach wagon, cabanas, chairs, toys, towels, a fully equipped kitchen, everything in the condo is labeled for easy use. Plenty of extra bedding and towels all labeled so you’re not trying to figure out which extra sheets go to which bed. My teen son slept on the pull out couch and said that it was comfortable. I loved that there were plenty of hooks all around the condo to hang beach towels and swim stuff. Cathy is a pleasure to work with and provided restaurant recommendations and suggestions for family outings. We shared that we were celebrating our anniversary and she sweetly left us a card and little gift. She has a basket of kids snacks available. She checked in with us during our stay to see if we needed anything. And I loved that there was not a long complicated cleaning list for checkout like so many rentals have. Do not hesitate to book, I could not think of anything that could be done better here. Thank you Cathy, you and your condo were just wonderful!

We had a glorious week at this lovely, convenient and well equipped home! There were so many amenities and conveniences and our host Cathy was so easy to work with, so very thoughtful and always answered me back within minutes! Such a short walk to the beach, the pool was well managed and right outside our door. The place itself was so clean and comfortable. If you are thinking of booking this property, DO IT...we were so very happy.

We had a wonderful time staying in this condo. It was so cute and clean! It was very quiet even though we were close to the pool. It was a quick walk to the beach and everything we needed was provided. The owner was very helpful in helping us find quiet restaurants and activities tht my daughter er needed due to a medical condition. Highly recommend!

Wow! We had the most amazing long weekend here. While everything about the stay was wonderful, I think what stood out the most was the detailed communication & the AMENITIES. Leave your beach towels, tents, umbrellas, chairs and beach toys at home because this place has EVERYTHING you need for a wonderful beach day (even a cooler!). On top of that, there were games and activities for the kiddos & the patio opens up to the pool! I can’t say enough. If you are going to go to Hilton Head, this is the only place you should stay!

This is a wonderful property for your Hilton Head vacation. The unit is stocked with everything you could possibly need. Having the beach chairs/wagon/toys etc was a very nice perk not having to worry about bringing those with you. Perfect location and steps to the beach. Definitely a place we would stay again...highly recommend!

Our stay was lovely! The condo has everything you need, and is super close to the beach! The heated pool is just steps outside the back door. The owner goes above and beyond and proved snacks and beach amenities that a lot of other properties do not. The owner also reached out when we first got to the condo to make sure we had everything we needed and the condo was to our liking. Highly recommend!

There is an overwhelming number of places to stay on HHI but we lucked out with Cathy’s condo and the location. Having a heated pool right outside the back door and be right on the beach was just what my family was looking for. The condo comes stocked with everything you need from the kitchen, linens, and beach supplies. Beds were comfortable too! I would highly recommend staying here!

Stayed here with my family of 7 and the location was super clean, a 60 second walk to the beach, and the communication with the owner/manager was as professional an experience as I've ever had. It was a great week and I look forward to coming back again in the future.

Property was amazing! Perfect location and walkable to shops, restaurants and just a couple of steps away from the beach! Cathy was very responsive to any questions we had and was very helpful with recommendations on bars and restaurants. We will definitely be back!!

The condo was very clean and well organized. It was well-stocked with sheets, towels, cleaning supplies and any kitchen appliances you would need. It was also very convenient to have beach gear (chairs, toys, etc.) available. The owner was very quick to respond to our questions and even checked in during our stay. The property's heated pool meant that our kids could swim with cooler outside temperatures. It's in a great location with walking path directly to beach. Would definitely stay here again.

Such a comfy beach home with everything you need to enjoy your stay. Clean? Yes! Creature comfort’s? Yes! Convenient location? Yes! I wish we could have stayed longer. Host, Cathy, has thought of everything you might need to feel right at home. Great value in an ideal beach town.

This condo was very nice. The photos accurately represented the decor and condition of the property. It was very well supplied with all we needed, including beach supplies. I have stayed at 2 others in Ocean Club, but this is the nicest.

I have no complaints, only praise. The place was spotless on arrival. It was nicely updated. The owner took great care to provide everything someone would need in a beach vacation. Check in and check out were both easy. Good communication. Very pleased. Thank you for a great place!
