We enjoyed the property. It allowed us to emulate and reproduce our home experience for these two celebrations. Checkin was easy as well as departure. The owner/manager was a gracious host and made sure we had everything we needed. The property was very clean and things were pretty much in working order.

This was a great house - in a quiet, clean neighborhood. The house was comfortable and very clean. The owners was very helpful and answered questions immediately. We would definitely stay here again.

My family and I enjoyed our stay here. We were so impressed with Oscar's communication and loved the little extras (muffins, bananas, coffee) that were available to us during our stay on top of all the necessary basics. My youngest daughter had a blast on the trampoline and my oldest loved the hammock. We will definitely check the availability of this place if we are ever in town again.

The house was very clean and well stocked! The property owner, Oscar, was very gracious and accommodating. He answered all of our questions immediately and helped us in whatever way we needed. We would never have known he was living on the premises while we were there! We would definitely recommend this property to others and will stay again if we make it back to Columbia!

We are a family of four, having 3 rooms and a kitchen was perfect. The house was clean and the property owners are very responsive and easy to work with! It was a wonderful stay!

Invited some girlfriends to come enjoy Mizzou Homecoming and the lovely fall weather that came with it. Really nice for everyone to have their own room. Great kitchen that allowed us to enjoy some home cooked meals (grocery store just a mile away). 11 minute drive from campus. Oscar was the perfect host, great with communication. Such a pretty yard, definitely enjoyed the full fall colors of the trees.

This is by far one of the best places I've stayed at in Columbia. Oscar was very prompt in his replies. The house is super clean, the beds were comfy, and there were parking for four cars. Overall, I definitely recommend booking here.

The house was very nice and had what we needed. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood but we were apprehensive when the property owner kept texting us about keeping the doors locked and the vehicles locked due to gang acivity in the neighborhood. It was obvious by all the texts from the owner that there were multiple cameras monitoring our activities.

My husband and I took a weekend get away trip to Columbia. It was a lot of fun. The smart loft is a great place to stay and close to many restaurants and activities. The host was great and communicated very well with us. I will definitely book it again.

The home was clean and very high tech. I have never stayed at a home that the owner was onsite, but we never knew he was there and he was very on top of all our needs.

This is well maintained, super clean and very comfortable property for a stay in Columbia. It has a beautiful deck and yard, and Oscar is a very responsive host.

Oscar was a great host and the place was everything we hoped for from the listing! The place was clean and well kept and we were greeted with some snacks and beverages for our stay. The front door was easy to access and we felt safe as it locked behind you. Our host was available and had a quick response time to any questions or needs throughout the time leading up to the stay and during our visit. We did not even notice or hear from the property owners during our stay which was super nice to give you that feeling of privacy unlike some places we have stayed at where the hosts seem to always be around or lingering. Lot of smart technology in the house and we had no issues utilizing any of the appliances or features. Bedrooms were nice sized and welcoming. The driveway can easily fit 4 vehicles as well. Overall, a great experience for us and we would gladly book with Oscar again next time we return to Columbia!

I've never rented a VRBO where the owner lives on the premises and I wasn't sure if that would be strange at all. It is NOT. The house is a split level. The owner lives downstairs and is locked off. We had the entire upper level. We did not use the same entrances or exits and we actually never saw or heard them. So it was exactly like having a whole house to ourselves. The house had everything you could need. Comfortable beds, clean, well appointed. And it was very much a smart home. Luxury electric reclining couches and chairs, Alexa controls everything. Our goofy kids got such a kick watching eachother on the giant screen TV showing them on the Ring camera. They were blown away by the smart TV and were thrilled at being able to watch YouTube right on the TV. Also the yard is huge and beautiful. Our kids spent hours outside jumping on the trampoline and playing on the swing set. I was also especially impressed with how friendly and accommodating Oscar was. Just bent over backwards to accommodate us. Even left muffins and eggs for us and it was nice that the refrigerator and pantry had basic spices and condiments. The house is very conveniently located close to Columbia's downtown area. I will absolutely return for our next visit to Columbia. Thank you Oscar!

This is a marvelous place to stay. The location was close to Columbia College and shopping. It is a quiet neighborhood with no through traffic. It was clean and nicely furnished. The host was extremely accommodating. We only utilized the beautiful deck, grill and back yard between rain storms. It is a modern high tech house. We would recommend staying here.

He was able to set it up and use wifi to play on it and he is 16 so if you have a teenage boy you know they live on video games. They even had a few things in the fridge for us like a water and few beers some fruit just a few different things which was nice for them to have done.They have very comfy beds just a very nice place and very clean. Its great a good size family or few people or a couple of friends with a couple kids to stay at would definately use this once again when we go down to visit friends again or for a weekend get away.
