This house was very clean and spacious. Girls stayed here for a bachelorette and loved the location and property.

We had a great stay at this house rental. The home was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described in the listing. The location was convenient, and the neighborhood felt safe and quiet. The host was responsive, helpful, and made check-in very easy. The kitchen was well stocked, the beds were comfortable, and everything worked perfectly during our stay. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

There was multiple gaps with in the flooring where you could see the sub floor. On the landing between the first and second floor wasn’t as big of a deal as the bathrooms. The vinyl flooring would stick to the bottom of our heels and lift up as we were walking on it in our bathrooms. My wife hurt her toe on it walking in during the middle of the night. The outdoor stairwell between the main floor and bottom floor about halfway down has a broken step that you don’t know is a problem until you step on it and it tilts forward. Our friend was carrying her baby with her down those stairs.. luckily she caught herself before they went tumbling.A lot of us were disappointed that none of the stuff in the movie room was there. (All the board games, giant connect 4, etc) we would have brought some games to the cabin if we hadn’t seen that picture. A lot of the games we were going to bring were pictured in the entertainment center. There was a pool table on the wall rack. We picked it up and it broke apart in half. The Pac-Man machines were fun. The mini golf room is much larger than it looks in the pictures. If you’re looking for nature this spot is RIGHT next to Dollywood. You can look down and see the maintenance buildings and hear the kids train whistling all day. Biggest pro is the location for getting to places. Gatlinburg or pigeon forge are very accessible. Also comfortably fit all 10 of us. Contacted the renter after the trip, but no response.
