The property was great and relaxing. Enjoyed the pool. Access to the beach and activities in Naples were only a five minute drive.

Felt like a private resort! Everything we needed / wanted was right there. Down to the little things you don’t think of like coolers, beach chairs, EVERYTHING! With TV’s in every room, PlayStation, and a Wii, everyone was entertained when not in the pool or spa. The double ceiling fans kept the Linay cool and comfortable even in the august heat. The only complaint we have is that we had to leave ! But we will be back !!

Our family enjoyed our time at the house. Love that it had items to use , and lots of pool toys The pool and spa were great for down time relaxing.. close to beach.. we have been coming to Naples of many years and will continue. This house is at the top of our list. Loved the pass to the beach as the parking can add up everyday for parking to go to the beach.

Our family’s vacation home in paradise. Very polite and accommodating hosts. Home is always very clean , organized and fully stocked with all needed amenities for a 5 star vacation stay.

We loved this property from the moment we booked it! When we walked in the door with our family, the kids were so excited to see a pool and a room with bunk beds. The space was perfect for socializing (inside and out) boasting two family rooms and a small grotto in the pool. The kids especially loved the grotto in the rain! Our host was wonderful about communicating with us. , We were able to get quick answers to our questions even if it meant a text for a specific cuisine we were craving or the perfect beach for family pictures. We have stayed in many VRBO's and this one is definitely a family favorite! Thank you for sharing this home with us and helping us create memories we will cherish forever. The kids will be talking about this for a long time to come and so will we!

This house was absolutely perfect for my friends and I. We loved hanging by the pool, the water temperature was great. They had everything we needed including extra towels, an iron, and even something to blow up our floaties (they had their own floaties too). We used the beach pass, and rhe beach was about a 5 minute drive. The water there was warm and clear. The king bed is also super comfortable. I would highly recommend staying here.

We had a wonderful trip ne taking in the beach and sites of Naples , then spending the evenings in the pool and spa . The house had everything you need and was well laid out and equipped.

Wonderful home , great location , equally great host. The home was incredibly clean and inviting ( well stocked with everything you would need ) with a fantastic pool and hot tub. It was our family’s first vacation on the gulf coast of Florida and we’re already planning a return trip. Don’t hesitate to stay here ! Enjoy.

This is a beautiful house with everything you need. Check in is seamless. Owner is very responsive to requests. Great location and loved biking and walking around the area. I would stay here again.

House was amazing. Everything was clean and tidy. Lots of space for our family. The house was stocked with everything you could possibly need. The pool was amazing and very much enjoyed by all of us. Host was super friendly and accommodating. Would highly recommend this property!

This property is beautiful inside and out. The Pool is So REFRESHING on HOT July days. And being close to two amazing beaches is the Icing on the cake

The pool area is amazing. There were 3 of us and there was enough space in the hot tub for us to be comfortable. The pool was the perfect temp for those hot days. The water fall (on from 10am-4pm) was so nice. There was a shower in the back to rise sand off. Pool area screened in so no bothersome bugs to worry about. The night time lighting out back was great. We ate all our at home meals at the large table outside. Chairs were comfortable. Living room couch and chairs were comfortable, did not use the front room area. Kitchen had everything we needed. The grill was a nice feature. it was great having a washer and dryer. plenty of beach towels and bathroom towels. Bedroom décor was so cute. I was in the master bedroom and the bed was very firm. lots of pillows. closet space in each room. We went for several walks and checked out the neighborhood. very quiet and peaceful. Had only small issue when the door lock stopped accepting our code but Angie answered my call right away and got it fixed. We did not spend as much time at the beach as we would have liked. we really wanted to be able to walk to it but it was a 45 min walk. We drove to Vanderbilt 3 times. Sand was so soft, water was surprisingly warm, parking garage was $10 a day. We went to Delnore Wiggins once which was free because of the park pass. Sea shells galore on the shoreline. There are 2 nightclubs that are a 20 min walk away. Cavo and Blue Martini. The band was entertaining and then they had a DJ afterwards. The restaurants we walked to were Salsa Brava 10 min, Mexican food and drinks, small little place, awesome food and service. 2 filets 10 mins, had steak and seafood, felt it was overpriced for the quality and quantity. turtle club on Vanderbilt beach. Great food, awesome Miami Vice drinks, friendly and knowledgeable server. rib city 15 min, really good BBQ. probably our favorite place. Joe's diner 15 min, cutest little place, large portions for a great price, had breakfast and it was delicious. Drove to first watch after our day at the zoo for brunch. another great place and the bloody mary's were really good. We went to cork screw sanctuary on their free day(online reservations required and usually $17) it was a 30 min drive. they have a wooden boardwalk through swamplands, but this was dry season so there was not much water. Saw 2 alligators and a bard owl. Spent a few hours at Tin city checking out all the shops, and had a few drinks at pinchers. Overall great vacation!

What a beautiful place to stay! Relaxing pool area with beautiful views of the flowers! Enjoyed coffee every morning by the pool! Definitely want to stay again!!! We loved it!!! Close to many amenities and beaches!

What a wonderful place to relax and enjoy all that Naples has to offer. The state park pass let us easily decide to take our kayaks out or just pack a picnic for sunset and beach walks each day. The safe neighborhood is wonderful for bike riding and close to shops for easy grocery shopping. The kitchen is nicely supplied and the pool was wonderful for afternoon exercise. Terrific hosts and wonderful vacation spot.

The home was such a warming place to stay. From the cleanliness to the decor it was just so inviting and cozy. The home was cool which I loved and the kids loved the pool/hot tub. We had a blast eating outside every chance we could. This was our first home rental and this house made it so much better then a hotel. The home has a private resort feel and we highly recommended it.

This was the perfect house for a family. The backyard alone is perfect for kids and adults you could spend a whole day there and not have to go anywhere else it’s so much fun. They have a table where you can eat they have a barbecue the pool alone is amazing and they have so many toys for the pool . The house is stocked with everything you could ever need I had a two year old and I really needed a baby monitor which I forgot about and they had one. they had pool floats toys everything you could ever need to go to the beach, chairs umbrellas bikes and you’re allowed to use all of it. It was honestly the perfect location everything is less than 15 minutes away. The house is so clean and it smells fresh too. She has amazing taste! I loved her decor. She has a little book that tells you all about your area and what you can do and restaurants and how to check in, how to check out, any questions you have she has already thought about and anything you forget I guarantee you they have in the house or you just run to target down the street. The air conditioning worked perfectly also. We like it cold and it was comfortable! Perfect, perfect place. We will go again! Thank you so much for An amazing first family vacation for my family.
