We have stayed at this resort several times but never in this building. We were very happy with the view and how close the unit was to the hot tubs and the market. Highly recommend saving this unit as a favorite.

Excellent location and fantastic views from condo. Exactly like the pictures and more beautiful in person. We spent 4 nights enjoying the warm weather of Cabo. Plenty of room to relax and a amazing patio with incredible views of the Sea of Cotez! Tom was a great communicator from the start. We loved the place and ready to plan our next trip.

The property was beautiful and well maintained. The unit was nicely done and had very comfortable indoor and outdoor furniture. The unit itself is very spacious, and the added outdoor space on the balcony adds so much to this unit.

This property and unit was perfect for our group. It is well kept, clean, and had all of the amenities that we needed for a week in Cabo. The grounds and pools are beautiful and the staff is incredible. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

Love the Villa La Estancia Property, this room had a fantastic set up on the patio - my favorite place to eat and look at at the fabulous view. Plenty of space for my family and our friends to pop over to grill for dinner. Thanks for a great stay!

The villa is definitely 5 stars. We used the shopping service which we definitely highly recommend. After a long day of traveling was great to find refreshments waiting for us. Tips for future guests. Visit the sister villas for their dining and activities. Only complaints were no toaster and internet for Netflex needed property management to fix and took 2 days. Although the owners cannot change this but the cruise ships blocking the view for 4 of the 5 days was a real bummer.
The villa is very comfy, clean and well maintained.

No surprises with this beautiful unit. Hosts were easy to deal with and no issues the entire time of our stay. Estancia was busier than what we remember r his time of the year with more kids. Drinks were very expensive so beware when you order from swim up bar or pool waiters. Would stay in this unit again

Villa Estancia is a top quality and well located property directly on Medano Beach. This unit is one of the nicest we have stayed in at Estancia The pictures on the listing are true to the unit which was very nicely furnished, had high quality finishes and an unobstructed view out to the Cabo rocks. Highly recommend.

While we've stayed at this property several times in the past, this unit was the best I've been at with regard to fit & finish, overall views, and communication with the host. Our family had a wonderful time and will return again.

The property and condo are as listed if not even better. The condo is equipped with all basic utensils. House keeping is great. Patio furniture is so great and comfortable. The views from each room in the unit are amazing. One downside is the huge cruise boats that come and block the view. They came on Tuesday and Wednesday of our stay. Not much that the owner can do but just be aware. The cruise ships block the entire view from about 9-6pm. We did get in late on Sunday and I felt that the check in was not as informative as I would have liked it to be. But Tom has sent over a welcome packet which helped us a lot! Super helpful tips. Beds were very comfortable. Rooms are spacious. AC worked excellent. The location of the resort is great too. Very close to downtown. Beach was nice. 100% would book again.

This place is absolutely worth the $$!! Resort treats you like royalty. It’s clean and well maintained. Room view was as pictured and breathtaking! Layout of rooms is opposite sides with living area in the middle- this provides ample privacy for adults splitting cost and condo. Kitchen has most of your needs. There were no spices or condiments, so plan appropriately. Not a bad thing, just knowledge for planning. Tom was very helpful and responsive! Lots of good info on area, things to do, and what to expect. You will not be disappointed! We had an amazing and comfortable vacation!! Thanks Tom!

Great time in Cabo!
In spite of my entire family being sick with the flu over various points in the week, we were still able to have the most wonderful time here! The accommodations were top-notch, clean and perfect for our family. Tom was terrific and easy to coordinate with. We will be back!

Cabo fun!!!
My family and I truly enjoyed our stay at Villa La Estancia. This unit, in particular, has the most amazing views. We cooked in a couple of the nights, just to enjoy our patio/views. I would highly recommend this unit and the resort in general. We will definitely be back!! Beautiful property and unit! 5th floor with beautiful view of the property, ocean and arch! We loved having three king beds. The deck was huge and full of seating options. Huge smart TV in the living room and both bedrooms. Washer and dryer in unit, you can purchase single detergent pods in the on-site grocery store that is well stocked. Pool is heated. Many hot tubs. No towel game! You can not put out a towel until 8am and can’t leave your chair unattended for more than 1 hour. This was greatly appreciated. Many lounge chairs on the beach too. We highly recommend this unit. Owners were great!

We have stayed at VLE in Cabo five times now and this was our favorite unit. We were a bit concerned that the unit would be too far back from the beach, but we found we loved the easier access in/out of the resort and the best part is that the unit is directly facing the ocean. The key to this is that no matter which room you’re in, you’re looking at the ocean and rocky point in the distance. All other units except the true oceanfront units are looking across at other rooms/balconies in the resort. This one nuance in the orientation of the unit made a huge difference in the overall experience! The oversized balcony was amazing as were three king beds - a first for us. Clean and updated unit as well. Tom and Kathy were great hosts and we’ll be back to this unit at VLE once again for sure!
