We love this property. We have stayed many times. Clean and close to the beach. That being said, management is not great about maintaining property/ grounds or responding with issues. The refrigerator went out the 2nd night of our stay. We had a zPrime Rib and hundreds of dollars of groceries for our holiday meals. I called twice, 3 hours apart. Finally, 7 hours later, maintenance showed and we were given a loaner fridge that was placed in the living room. The guys that brought it were great. It meant we could not use stools at counter and decorative picture removed from wall and stored behind dining seats. Good thing our daughter lives close by and could take all the food. We were told we’d receive updates about fixing the issue. Nothing. Not even a text apologizing for inconvenience. If we had not previously stayed here. I would never go back. Sadly, the previous management company was local and top notch. They provided extras like pans/ utensils for holiday meals, had a weekly Gardner and excellent response to any issues that popped up. It’s sad to see the property compared to when we first started renting it. Dining furniture is well worn, many dishes are cracked, pots/ pans lacking. Needs an update. The location sells the listing but be prepared for lack of response when a problem arises.

We love this home. We’ve stayed here so many times. So comfortable, proximity to beach is fabulous. Clean and cozy.

This is a nice home that is a just a short walk away from the beach! We loved the location, amenities, and overall feel of the home. We stayed here for 3 nights while visiting the San Diego area and enjoyed our stay here. The home had dishes, beach towels, and a washer and dryer which was nice to have as this was the second leg of our trip.

The house was just a short walk down to the beach - perfect for watching the sunset! They had plenty of towels & pillows (which I feel like rentals can skimp on). And we noticed something wasn't working properly when we got there and shot them a text and someone came to fix it within the first hour!

I contacted the management immediately after entering the property and each day during our stay. There were a large number of flies and other bugs, both alive and dead, all over the unit. Several screens did not fit the windows. In addition, the floor, window sills, and Venetian blinds were filthy. I was asked to text photos to a specific cell number, which I did immediately. I was told a local service crew would contact me shortly to schedule a time to come out and clean, but I did not hear from anyone. I reached back out to you each day I was there, and each day you told me the local crew would be in Contact shortly to schedule a time to come out to clean. The only person to call me was a representative in North Carolina thinking I was renting there. I expect a significant refund for my stay.

This property needs work. Lots of stuff wrong with it. To much to list here. It started with checking in. We arrived 12 minutes early and my wife and her friend both needed to use the restroom. We were refused access until check in. IT WAS 12 Minutes!!!! :-( Then the front door would not unlock at check in time. We saw a sliding glass door open so we entered that way. After many calls with Vacasa that we were hung up on twice and put on hold for long periods of time we finally got someone to come out and fix the problem with the front door. The toilet seat in the master bath did not fit the toilet at all so that was unusable. There is absolutely no cleaning supplies in the home. It is poorly stalked with very old dishes and silver wear. The furniture was wore out and dirty. Overall the location is great but the home gets zero stars from us.
