The location and property were just what we needed for a long weekend away.

Well located for access to Upper Pinellas locations like Honeymoon Island, Dunedin, Tarpon Springs. In a nice neighborhood with Ozona restaurants and sunset view a short walk. Old Florida vibe, if you like Sanibel, you should like The Nest. Very clean, nice bed, kitchenette, beach chic decore. Easy check-in, good communication with Susan. Strong recommendation.

Great for two people, clean property and welcoming hosts. Just beware of Dunedin stench wafting from the coast just around the corner, it’s not a problem with the property!

We cannot recommend The Nest highly enough. Whether you're looking for a romantic getaway, or simply a peaceful retreat from the world, this property has it all. Great location, beautiful decor, and exceptional service provided by the hosts. The Nest is truly a hidden gem, and we fell lucky to have discovered it.

The “Nest” is beautifully furnished, decorated, cozy and comfortable. We also enjoyed the deck. Mark and Susan were friendly and welcoming hosts!

This was our second stay here. It’s perfect for when visiting family in Dunedin. The property is immaculate and very comfortable. The balcony is a great place for relaxing with a cup of coffee in the morning and a glass of wine at night. Convenient location to many activities and restaurants. We’re looking forward to our next stay.

Had a wonderful stay at the nest! The property is located in a quiet neighborhood and walking distance to the water. (just a nice place to sit, no beach) The balcony is perfect for some end of the evening wine drinking and conversation. Susan and her husband were amazing hosts and available if needed. Favorite part was our trip was the bike ride to Dunedin. Took the bikes on the trail and had a day out without the traffic and congestion of Clearwater Beach. I highly recommend this property.

This place has it all. Nice bed, linens, tv, dishes, bicycles, sitting porch and close to the ocean for sunsets, restaurants, pubs and even the post office. Nice quiet village community for walking the neighborhood or on the bike trail. The Hosts are very friendly and always willing to help out with any requests you may have. Easy drive to Honeymoon island beach and fred Howard state park and beach. Overall just the right size for a couple or two and we look forward to returning soon.

The Nest is so inviting and comfy. From the chairs on the balcony to the shower and the bed. We can not say enough good things about our stay. This is close to so many things, we walked to dinner two nights. Short drive to Honeymoon Beach and downtown Clearwater. Hosts were very friendly and willing to give suggestions on what to do or where to go. We will certainly go back and stay at The Nest again and again.

Their place is very clean and beautifully kept. Perfect for an extra long weekend. The bikes were in good shape and we used them every day we were there. The location is great to bike to Dunedin or Tarpon Springs on the Pinellas Trail. The restaurants within walking distance were fabulous. The bed was very comfortable and we will definitely stay here again. The only drawback was the amount of hot water. I have long, thick hair and it was difficult to wash and rinse and still have enough hot water to finish my shower.

This is a perfect hideaway for a weekend away from it all. Though you are just minutes away from Dunedin or Clearwater you can sit on the balcony and feel as though you are in a quaint little village. Owners were on premises and available if you had any needs. There are local places to eat to keep you away from the "chains". Relaxing and fun, we will be back for another weekend.

The decor is lovely and the bed super comfortable. The microwave and toaster oven are new and clean but I would have like a small stove plate to prepare small meals. We were keen to ride the trail but the bikes require attention one has a faulty seat and 5 minutes into the ride one had a flat tire. However, we were comfortable and did enjoy our stay at Bananabay

Super clean and everything felt brand new. We really enjoyed our stay and the neighborhood added a cool local touch to our visit. We walked to a cafe for breakfast, walked to Mollys for lunch (grouper was excellent), and then walked to the local brewery for a couple drinks. Great location away from the crowds but still convent to many spots. Super comfortable bed!

The host is very attentive, and the property was wonderful! The bed was very comfortable, and the unit is absolutely adorable! I very much enjoyed my stay here!

Staying in Tampa for four nights we decided to find somewhere out of the city. Came across this listing and booked it. The reviews are all correct. It's simply amazing. The very aptly named Nest is a perfect place to call home. The owners and what I assume must be the designers and maybe even builders? Have thought of everything. From the moment you step on property you see the attention to detail in every corner. They have made what is basically a room. above a garage feel like a high end hotel but so much more. You can not overstate how comfortable the bed and pillows are, giving us the best nights sleep of the trip. A perfect bathroom, rain shower, great tiles and plush towels. There is even a perfect little kitchenette. Fridge / Freezer, little oven and micro wave. There is even a washing machine! The little balcony with perfect chairs was great for coffee in the morning, also provided. Then a glass of wine at the end of a busy day exploring. Exploring is endless. Located minutes from the trail. We sued the two bikes and put over 30 miles on them. Visited Honeymoon island and other little places along the way. You are also just steps away from a selection of great bars and places to eat. Beach Chairs, towels and even a little cooler that was ideal for bottle of wine. Can't thank these guys enough for their hospitality. They have created a nest that is beyond expectation.

Renting this property was an ease and the most wonderful experience. The Nest was clean, nicely decorated, and the owners included everything you could need for an amazing beach experience- beach chairs, beach towels, and many other beach necessities. The owners are super nice and dedicated to making your stay successful. We will be coming back and recommending this to everyone!

Such an adorable space…far better than a hotel room. Ozona is a friendly town with cute restaurants. It’s an easy drive to Tampa or Sarasota…we visited both. The owners provided beach chairs and umbrellas. Bikes were there, too, but we didn’t use them.
