We had the BEST time staying at this house for our first time in Indianapolis! The house is so conveniently located to everything in the city! The ease of getting in and out of the residence was so much easier than a hotel. The house is extremely spacious and my kids really enjoyed playing and running all around. It snowed while we were there so that was an added plus. There were a few issues that we noticed upon check in but the manager was quick to address and it was just minor things overlooked. The kitchen has everything you need. We can’t wait to come back next year and stay here again! Thanks for a great place and great trip!

We stayed at this location while visiting with extended family in Indianapolis. The house was a little far from grocery stores, shopping in terms of location but we had a car to get around. It’s off a busy boulevard but the street is quiet. The place was very clean and well appointed. We even did some holiday cooking and found the kitchen to be good for cooking, definitely had all the basics, and I appreciated salt/pepper, and a few other items. We didn’t explore the surrounding neighborhood as much. This is a location within a house with a shared upstairs apartment and we did hear the pitter patter of little feet. Not a problem overall but it did wake me up early in the morning ;) otherwise really easy in and out and would definitely stay again. Quiet, clean and comfortable for family of four.

Every aspect of the property is great. Ample parking, easy access, and clean. Comfortable beds and tons of room for people to hang out eat and enjoy the stay.

The property had ample room for the 3 of us (my wife, adult son and I). My wife cooked and hosted Thanksgiving dinner for relatives who live in or were visiting Indy. We brought multiple items from our home kitchen but were pleasantly surprised by how well the kitchen at the propery was stocked. There was more than ample counter space and the ktichen was well-stocked with utensils, cookware and tableware. The dining room table seats 8 comfortably and since their were 7 of us, that was a great fit. The location was very convenient for shopping and within 20 munutes of many desirable local attractions. We'd rent this space again if a similar need arises. We do have a few suggestions for future improvement...a swiffer to clean the ktchen and bathroom floors would have been nice, we had to buy our own can opener while there, the rugs throughout the property could use a thorough cleaning and the ceiling in the master bath needs painting. Even with those faults, like I said before, we would absolutely rent this space again. We had a lovely stay.

Stay was great but did see some water damage and rolled carpets that were mentioned in a previous review and werent replaced/repaired

The bed's were EXTREMELY comfortable and the main shower was very nice. We were however, a bit disappointed at some of the smaller details. The shampoo and conditioner were so small they would not have lasted our stay and there was no body wash or soap of any kind for the shower. The soap dispenser in the bathroom did not work. The small amount of coffee grounds in the cabinet were not enough to make a full pot of coffee so we left to get supplies for our stay so we could shower and have coffee. All of the area rugs were curled up on the edges and the one in the master bedroom had huge washed out stains on them and you tripped on the rolled up edges constantly. The laundry room was so filthy and did not have laundry detergent and there was a pool of leaky water and leaves and debris from outside everywhere. The door to the house on the inside had a big chuck of wood missing on it on the inside by the bolt which made it look like someone had kicked in the door at some point. It is located near a very nice area on one side but it is also 1 house away from a not so nice street. While the beds were some of the most comfortable I have slept in,sleeping was hard as police sirens and racing cars kept us up most of the two nights we stayed. I believe this place would be much nicer if a bit more attention to the details were made. Painting the walls stocking with general supplies and cleaning the basement laundry area.

We stayed here for a church conference in downtown Indy. The property was nicely renovated and in a quiet, safe area not too far from our convention. The beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was wellstocked. It was a nice, comfortable stay.
