Everything about the condo was above and beyond. Located minutes from everything yet peaceful and quiet. Property was clean, well maintained. Decor was lovely and amenities one normally wouldn’t expect - I felt at home. Thank you for a wonderful experience and I hope to be back in the future!

We really enjoyed our time in Ormond Beach.Andy and Cheryl’s condo provides an expansive oceanfront view, which was great since it rained off and on for two of the three days. The condo is exactly like the pictures, except there is truly no way to show how a place makes you feel. The condo has anything and everything you might need for your stay, including beach necessities, games, book, personal care items, etc. It is extremely clean and incredibly well maintained. The location of the pool is terrific, though it is not heated, so if you are staying in the winter, you may not want to factor time in at the pool. The location of the condo is top-notch. It is close to everything, yet it is quiet and not congested like some beach communities. We enjoyed all the different restaurants within a couple of miles of the condo. Cheryl was great to work with regarding communication. We will definitely be back for another visit to the condo, and we will stay much longer.

We had an incredible girls' weekend at this remarkable property. Upon our arrival, we were delighted to find everything clean, tidy, and exquisitely decorated.
Cheryl was a fantastic host who promptly attended to all our inquiries. I couldn't have asked for anything better.

The condo was as pictured- it had plenty of room and the kitchen was well stocked (even though we ate out the three nights we were there). Just 2 of us stayed, but there was another bedroom and bathroom so there was room for more.
It was easy to communicate with Cheryl and she was quick to reply.
The condo and the pool area were nice and clean as well as the beach.
It was a relaxing place to celebrate our anniversary. We wish we could’ve stayed longer!

Let me tell you all about the experience at this Condo.....OMG talking about clean, nice every kitchen appliance you can imagine. I have NEVER stayed at a Condo and they give you washing detergent, pads, toothpaste, QTips, coffee, seasonings and more. And the person Cheryl was on point with any questions or concerns you thought you had. I just want to say if you stay at this Condo you will be very pleased....they have top notch cutlery, glasses, pots and pans....OMG I kept the name of some of the stuff they have so I can get them for my home. I/we were there celebrating out 27th Anniversary and this Condo did not disappoint. Thank You, Thank You & Thank You some more....do you have any Condos in Myrtle Beach we are headed there next.

The family had a wonderful time play in the ocean and the pool. The home was well furnished with conformable amenities. Bedrooms and beds are comfortable.

The condo was very spacious. We were 4 adults and 2 small children. The kitchen was large with everything that you would need. The pool and ocean views were fantastic! The extra poles on the balcony wall were very safe for the young children to look out to the water without fear of them falling through. The living room was large enough that we could have a “toy zone” for the kids. Awesome to have the personal laundry room across the hall along with everything you could want or need for the beach. We would definitely come back!

Our family had such an amazing stay in this beautiful condo! Cheryll was incredibly helpful and responded quickly to any questions we had! The location was perfect and our kids loved being able to alternate easily between the beach and pool! Everything was exactly as described in the listing. There was an abundance of tasty local eats and fun family activities! The view was breathtaking. We spent many mornings on the balcony watching the sun rise. 10/10 would recommend! We’re looking forward to future vacations here!

This is all you could ever want for. Beautiful views, wonderful swimming pool. The kitchen is equipped with everything you can imagine. Very quiet, you hardly ever meet anyone. The entire building is very well kept. We'd love to come back some time in the near future.

This was a great "base" for Bike Week. It was close enough but not too close to take advantage of everything. Comfortable, clean, well equipped and beautiful sunrises!

What a beautiful place to have a family vacation! Everything was just as shown in the pictures! Beautiful and clean. The kitchen was stocked with everything you’d need and/or want to prepare meals and snacks! The views were fabulous. Sunrises from the balcony and sunsets from the front deck!

The condo is just as nice as it looks in the pictures. The view and location is just great. The kitchen is honestly nicer than my kitchen at home, which as a cook, I appreciated. We were there for a month, and were very comfortable. Having an on-site washer & dryer is a big plus for a longer stay.

We had all the comforts of home including a fully equipped kitchen, and washer and dryer. We loved the 6 floor balcony over looking the ocean and beach. Great place to read and relax. Our four year old granddaughter joined us for part of the visit. She loved the toys and games!

We stayed at Cheryl’s condo for our yearly family beach trip and had an awesome time! Her condo is beautiful and fully equipped with everything you should need, including a ton of beach gear. Everyone we interacted with was very nice and we liked the security aspect of the property - you need a key to get in and out of the building and pool area. The condo is in a great location and super close to a ton of great restaurants (check out Riptides!). Only thing to be mindful of is to leave some time on your check-out day to wash towels / linens and set them to dry. Overall, great stay!

There for a long weekend vacationing with my girls, there was 5 generations of us. We had everything we needed and more at this beautiful condo. The views from the condo could not get any better. Three of us had a wonderful stay at the Van Lee 605. Well stocked with everything you could ever want for inside and at the beach or pool. Great location between St Augustine and Kennedy Space Center. Great response times from the owners. And of course those views 😎🥰 We highly recommend!

The condo was absolutely beautiful and just as described. The owners are the best hosts EVER! and the place is outfitted with everything possible to accommodate all of our needs. Ormond Beach was a quiet location, which we loved. But, the condo is just a short drive to Daytona Beach, the Speedway, and lots of great restaurants and activities. This was a much-needed getaway and this was the perfect place for it. It was worth every penny! We will definitely stay again!

This condo was amazing. The view of the ocean was one of the best Iv ever seen. The sun rises directly out in front and was the most beautiful I have ever seen. The beach is not crowded at all. Great place to take a family, with only a short drive to Daytona. The Hosts are awesome!

Beautiful condo in excellent location
This place was perfect for our beach getaway celebrating my grandmother’s 86th birthday! She loved sitting out on the balcony watching the people and boats (while drinking her rum!). The condo was clean, spacious, modern, well-stocked, great building amenities, and accommodated our party of 4 comfortably. Highly recommended!

The condo is really nice and has a great kitchen. The views of the ocean and beach are great, but the chairs are low on the balding. It would be better with high chairs and table. The location is also good as it is located away from the Daytona commercialization. Great place for a family vacation.
