This was the most amazing place we have ever stayed in. Most of our group works in the vacation rental industry and we were so thrilled with this property. Definitely planning our next stay. The owner was great.

This property offers so much! A unique, well furnished and awesome place plus the location to all that Rome has to offer is perfect. We were in town for Berry College events but were able to enjoy the town of Rome as well. The outdoor seating area, fireplace, television were a great place to relax and enjoy each other's company.

We had a very pleasant stay at the downtown loft. The space is very inviting, spacious, and fun. The kitchen is top-notch. The outdoor area is a wonderful extension to the living space. There were areas to spread out, work, enjoy a movie, prepare and enjoy a nice meal. There are lots of places to sleep and relax, bathrooms for all. The only downside for us was getting blocked into the garage in the corner of the parking lot and the establishment downstairs. There was an HVAC truck blocking us in one morning and it was quite a hassle to get them to move and let us out. We also found it very difficult to get in and out when the assigned parking spot closest to the garage was occupied. The establishment downstairs was a complete nuisance. Starting on Thursday night (not just Friday and Saturday), we heard the blaring music, felt the bumping, and enduring the shouting until the wee hours of the morning. They extended their festivities onto the sidewalk - right under the lovely windows of the loft. Drinking, shouting, and smoking. We loved this location and the loft but most likely would not stay here again as we are light sleepers and the bar downstairs left us all exhausted.

This property is AWESOME! Lovely, romantic, practical, and inviting indoor and outdoor space, easily accessible to everything Rome has to offer! This property is delightful to the eye. It is luxurious and magical, If headed to Rome, head to this loft. It surpasses any hotel experience. Efficient check in and check out procedures, private parking, and the most amazing views of the city. Simply the best!

The property was very unique. We all loved the set up, the courtyard and the large balcony. We were there for a tennis tournament and we all wished we had more time to be there and enjoy it all. The downtown location is perfect in terms of convenience and it's surrounded by shops and restaurants. The reviews stated that it was quiet. That was one of the reasons I chose it. Unfortunately, it was not. There is a club or bar next door so every night you could hear all of it especially in the master bedroom.

My family and I stayed for several days for my daughter’s wedding close by. Every detail in this property has been thought of from design to comfort. The rooms are spacious and decorated beautifully. We enjoyed the additional covered area outside with TV and the quaint courtyard between the garage and entrance. If you are looking for a convenient location with charming elegance look no further. We will definitely make plans to return.
