Wonderful home - well equipped and the outdoor space (pool, dock, deck) was amazing! Decorated beautifully and plenty of space for our group to gather, eat, etc! Hope to come back soon!

The house was great for a family thanksgiving holiday. The kitchen is fully stocked. The home includes all the amenities you need including high chair and kid dishes. The home is three bedroom and two baths inside the home. The fourth bedroom is on the back deck you have to enter it from outside. The pool never got warm. We did finally figure out the hot tub. Otherwise the home worked great for us. We had 11 adults and to toddlers.

Pros: Great location. The kitchen was well stocked and the pool and spa were great. The neighborhood is nice and quiet with friendly neighbors. The house was very clean.
Cons: The fourth bedroom is falsely advertised and/or pictures are deceiving. It looks like the room is inside the house and IT IS NOT. You have to go outside on the back porch to enter the bedroom and it also has no bathroom. The room looks like it was a storage room or something that was converted into a bedroom and the AC did not cool it off to a comfortable temperature either. We called the property management company and they provided us with a portable AC unit which helped a great deal.
The mattresses on the beds all have holes in the middle that you sink down in. One guest chose to sleep on the floor because their mattresses was so bad.
There are no lamps in the living room so be prepared to either sit in the dark at night or have all the lights on in the kitchen and bar area.
For the price we paid I would have expected all bedrooms inside the house and to have access to a bathroom like the other bedrooms.
Sorry this house was not for us and we will not be back!!!

Overall for an older home the property is very nice and CLEAN! The layout is good for small children and plenty of room to play in the livingroom. The kitchen is very nice and well stocked. The reason for our stay is because we were racing for the week at Volusia Speedway about 40 mins away. The drive wasnt bad one road pretty much and 1 turn. We would definitly consider staying here again if we couldn't find something closer. Also the master bed is very comfortable.

I was pleasantly surprised. Well maintained house w great outdoor space! It comfortably sleeps 8-10 people but 1 more bathroom would be good. It’s a good 15-20 minute drive to beaches. Located in nice quiet residential area. Kitchen well equipped. Pool and hot tub were nice to have during a late December visit.
