Very close to lots of Hiking trails

ᴛʜᴇ ᴏᴡɴᴇʀ ᴡᴀs ᴠᴇʀʏ ɴɪᴄᴇ ᴀɴ ᴀᴄᴏᴍɪɴᴅᴀᴛɪɴɢ ʜᴀᴅ ᴀ ʟᴏᴛ ᴏғ sᴜɢɢᴇsᴛɪɴɢ ғᴏʀ ʀᴇsᴛᴀᴜʀᴀɴᴛs ᴄᴏɴᴄᴇʀᴛs ᴀɴᴅ ɴᴇᴀᴛ ᴛʜɪɴɢs ᴛᴏ ɢᴏ ᴅᴏ ᴀʀᴏᴜɴᴅ ᴜs.

Overall the house was very cute and spacious in a very convenient location. Close to food, shopping, and grocery stores, you could walk to most of them. Even though it wasn't advertised, you are technically sharing the house with the owners. One night we were awaken around 4am to what sounded like something crashing down or breaking on the owners side of the house. You have to ask before you can do laundry, since it is shared, the door is locked and you have to be let in. There is a fenced in area around the front yard, but the grass was more than ankle tall. Around 8pm on our last night there, the owners mowed it. We got to meet the owner then and she explained her husband had been out of town, so it hadn't been mowed. But, after mowing they turned on the sprinkler which made it where you couldn't use the yard still. Not a huge deal, but my family likes to sit outside in the evenings to unwind. The backyard area is how the owners access their portion of the house and where another VRBO house is, so sitting out back wasn't an option. The inside of the house was very clean and the owner responded quickly to any questions I had. The kitchen and bathroom are fully stocked with any items you could need. Our stay was nice, but wanted to let others know what to expect.
