Our family stayed at this beautiful home for a much needed week together. We could not have been more pleased with the layout of the house, the amenities which were provided and us the location. Not to mention everything was brand new as it had just been renovated. The house decor, and beautiful furniture were over the top. Chrissy checked with us every day to see if we needed anything and I felt so well taken care of before and after our week there.The house was so clean and we and joyed the gorgeous sunsets every night, the dolphins and manatees, and just being in the most beautiful place. We will definitely be back again and will continue to pray for the healing of this community.

We absolutely loved this property with the exception of early morning construction next door. Thankfully the concierge for the property - Crissy Crook has a very good relationship with the project manager and was able to at least ask for the workers to work quietly until 8. Unfortunately we were there the week framing was taking place- last week, and it will be complete end of this week. If you plan to book this house I suggest you check to see what phase of construction is taking place. Chrissy was able to get a schedule of work from the project manager. The construction has been kind of ebb and flow and some days are quiet while others are louder. Crissy was SO communicative and on top of it. She checked in on us everyday. She had an assistant stop by to check out the noise level. Her service was outstanding! We had a late flight arriving on Sat and she even made a small trip to the grocery so that we could have enough to get us through Sat night and Sunday morning! The house is fully stocked as far as the essentials which made it so easy to arrive. It really feels like a home away from home- the owners have thought of everything. We used all of the outdoor space- the upper balcony is nice in the mornings and then as the sun rises and that deck get sun, the lower deck process plenty of shade. It’s great for grilling, cards, relaxing. We saw manatees and dolphins from the deck everyday! The welcome book is so handy and even included the QR code to order groceries. We will go back!

This was a very nice home, located right on the beach, in a good neighborhood, the house was pretty clean. Crissy, the manager, was very attentive and responded to our request to fix the slider lock the very next day and checked on us to make sure we have everything we need. . The only complaint was the noisy construction right next door, which might be done soon. Thing is the noise started promptly every morning at 7 am, including on Saturday. No big deal if you are a morning person, but if you want to rest and enjoy some sleeping in and some quiet time, you will have a little unexpected noisy surprise. I wish I knew in advance about the construction, that's all. You might want to check to see if the construction next door is finished if you are looking forward to some peace and quiet. Other than that, 5 stars all the way :)
