The host was available and welcoming. We checked in a day early on short notice with no issues. The townhome was clean with very comfy beds. We would stay there again.

We stayed at Robb and Amy’s place for a couple days after moving our son into college. Perfect location to unwind. Quick little drive to the beach and town but so nice to relax back at the condo and have a beautiful view of the water and marina. The condo was fully equipped and Aimee and Robb were very easy to communicate with.

The property was beautiful with many relaxing hours on the patio enjoying the view and fun conversations. Great location with trolley access within walking distance and centrally located for great meals in either direction. Accommodations were perfect giving everyone just enough space for sleeping and getting ready. Would highly recommend!

This is the most well-appointed condo we’ve ever rented- they’ve literally thought of everything you could want or need. Perfect location, clean, super comfortable beds and pillows, a deck that’s the perfect ending to every day. I could go on and on! Book it- you won’t be sorry!

This property is right before the bridge in Spring Lake next to the Holiday Inn. Great decor and very cleanly. My only suggestion would be bring extra fans. It is three levels (very cool with a twisty staircase). so in the summer months the upper levels are very warm. Obviously heat rises. They have an open window concept with views of the channel with no ability to pull a blind or shade. Therefore you get the blazing sun all afternoon. Let me say that we were traveling with a sports team that were playing in a random tournament for a brain break from the year so we chose to stay were we could rest our heads and cool off. I would rent this property again over and over. Owners were engaging, location is convenient and property was pristine. I was with 13 year old boys and I threatened them that if they made any type of mess I would Uber them home:). We ate at Two Tony's in Spring Lake. I would recommend the lamb lollipops, crab cakes, coconut shrimp, Caesar salad, pizza and so much more. Also there is a Wesco with everything close by in addition to Orchard Market down the road or Leppinks in Ferrysburg.

The condo was very clean, rooms were just like the pictures, kitchen was stocked with everything needed, and the beds were comfortable. We really enjoyed the back deck, nice view of the river and the draw bridge. Would definitely stay here again!!

A unique location that is positively memorible. The deck overlooks a harbor/dock area where you can watch boats come and go, a deck/boardwalk to walk along, and coffee shop down the street. The condo was very nice with newer flooring, bathrooms, carpet, etc. The upstairs viewing window with couch overlooking the harbor and stars at night was unique and cool, our teen liked the cozy third floor/loft up the spiral stairs. I'd recommend this place and choose it again.

2 weeks went by quickly. Amy is a great host with outstanding communication and attention to detail. The property is as described with a wonderful balcony for coffee and drinks overlooking the Holiday Marina and the resident boat owners. My wife and I remoted worked and took advantage of Western Michigan's world-class beaches and sunsets. Great choices for food in Spring Lake and Grand Haven. Rented a boat went fishing and visit with family that came up for a long weekend. The property was outstanding with an updated interior, WIFI / TV, galley kitchen, and a master bedroom on the main floor. I would give it six stars if possible.

We had a fantastic stay! Property manager was attentive and welcoming from pre-check in all the way through the last day of our stay. Appreciated the thoughtful snack basket. This beautifully updated property has everything we could ever need for our stay, including beach chairs and toys for the kids. Kids had their own big space in the upstairs loft area. Great location to explore Grand Haven and surrounding areas along Lake Michigan. Beautiful spots within minutes to view sunsets on the beach.

Beautiful, clean condo in a great location
The condo itself was wonderful and very clean. The owners provide ample supplies and also had nice beach chairs and toys that our kids enjoyed. The listing pictures are accurate and we actually felt it was even nicer in person than it looked on the listing. We are a family of five with three kids 10 and under and there was plenty of room to spread out.
The location is great and is in a nice, quiet complex that is only about a 5-7 minute drive to downtown Grand Haven. Communication with the owner was also easy and pleasant. We would definitely recommend this location and will stay here again!

The place is spotlessly clean and attractively furnished. And the kitchen is very well equipped. And let's have a shout-out for hosts that think of the little things like plenty of hangers.
This wasn't a beach getaway for us this time, but the unit seems like it would work well for that purpose.

My family (Myself, Wife, 2 teenage boys and my parents) spent 2 nights here, we wish we stayed 3. The location was great, right along the river. The drive to Grand Haven was less than 5 min. Spring Lake has some good bakeries / local coffee shops. The unit was very clean. Thoughtful amenities. We couldn’t bring our beach chairs, ran out of space, we were delighted to find 2 in the closet. The bed in the master bedroom was a little high for my parents to climb onto, found a step stool in the closet. Neighbor was very pleasant. Owner was accommodating and quick to respond. We will definitely return to this property.

Great location overlooking a marina and able to watch boats going by. Just over the bridge from Grand Haven in Spring Lake. Bike trails were right at the house. It was nice to be away from downtown during the Coast Guard Festival, but 5 minutes away to get into the center of it all. The house had everything we needed. The second floor with beds and separate TV was awesome for the 25, 21, 18 & 16 years to have their own space. Great communication with Amy & Rob. Highly recommend.

Nice unit, tastefully decorated (but the new owners plan on more improvements once the season slows down). Kitchen is loaded with everything you could possibly need. Very spacious condo, and comfortable beds (nice sheets!). Windows need blackout shades or curtains. Need to replace washer/dryer - dryer takes forever. The new owners are wonderful, and leave you a card and a gift basket - very nice touch! I can only imagine they will make the unit even better. Fabulous water view of all of the boats going in and out... And being affiliated with the Holiday Inn next door was yet another great benefit. Just rent it!

Adorable and Inviting!!
We were looking for a change of scenery for a week before kids go back to school. The location was perfect, close to our boat at Keenan Marina. Minutes from the beach. Exceptionally clean, plenty of supplies, the loft was great for our 12 year old and our niece. They loved it up there!! The second floor was so cozy and the arched window looking out at the boats was beautiful. The Master bedroom was very comfortable. The entire condo is beautifully decorated. Thank you so much for sharing your home with us!!

Great week in Michigan
Tom and Sue were great hosts—they met us at the condo when we arrived and we touched base with them multiple times during our trip. The location was fantastic, right on many bike trails for the family to zip around. We did have a day where the water was up high and weren’t able to park under the carport and had to trudge through water to get to the condo steps. Certainly not any fault of the owners as the water levels are at an all time high.

Lovely condo with a great view
Beautiful condo with a great view. Nicely decorated, the beds were very comfortable, the owners thoughtfully provided all the things you possibly could need including laundry detergent, shampoo and soap. Cupboards are stock with spices, sugar, salt, pepper and flour. The condo is in great location, 5 minutes away from the beach and fine dining in town. Lots of nice parks are near by as well, like Hoffmaster and Rosy mound. We had a great time and the weather was perfect. Thank you Sue and Tom!

Clean, homey, nice layout, great area!
We so enjoyed our stay at Tom and Sue's condo. A lot of care was taken to make sure supplies were available more so than any other condo we've rented before. The layout of the condo was really nice for us as there were private areas for different family members. We enjoyed the pools and the area in general. We would come there again!

Perfect for our family!
We had a great stay in Spring Lake! The condo was stock with anything we could possibly need. The location was ideal with a short ride to Grand Haven, plenty of walking trails, short ride for kayaking and putt putt.

Beautiful views of the water, clean and well cared for condo, wonderful adventures! The condo has a fun layout and two living spaces that make it great for kids and adults! The owners were great to work with. Quick access to everything around Grand Haven and Spring Lake!
