This is a wonderfull house and nice location. Close to beach. Clean, cumfy, great recliners. Yard is nice. Pool was great, love that it's heated. Comfortable beds. Great big kitchen. We would rent here again.

We were so impressed with this house. The pictures ane the exact same as the house. It was the perfect size for our group. Being from Chicago this was the first time our dog got to have a real backyard and he had as much fun as we did. More than anything the location was the best. Butler Beach was about a 10 minute walk and the prettiest beach we went to. The entire neighborhood was beautiful. I would highly recommend staying here for your beach vacation and we can’t wait to come back!

Overall great place! Everything worked and the house was clean and as advertised. The pool, fire pit and grill were great. The location is perfect…8-10 min walk to beach or drive on and haul all your stuff. Ramp is right across A1A. Host communication was excellent. Trip couldn’t have gone better accommodation wise.

We had a wonderful time and really enjoyed the pool. The yard was great for our two small pups! It was a little bit of a hike to the beach but definitely walkable. Very clean and new.

From the moment we checked in the home smelled clean and so good! We loved the binder the owner placed out which listed restaurants and activities to try as well! The home was located in a good spot as well! We found it super easy to travel back and forth to the areas we wanted to see. The bed was super comfortable! The pool was so nice to have right in our backyard. The only issue we had one morning was the power was out in our bedroom but it was quickly fixed with fast communication from the owner. The house was fully stocked with cups and plates and even beach towels. We would refer anyone to Stay here! The restaurants that were suggested in the binder were all a 10/10. We can’t thank you enough for
Helping to make our honeymoon amazing!! We hope to return in the future!

We have rented a lot of properties over the years and we have loved many of them but I can say with confidence this is the best rental we have ever had. The home is beautiful, everything is new and clean, the yard is fenced and huge, the pool is awesome, the fire pit is amazing and the location is great. We have already booked our next time here. I can’t recommend this property more!

Overall it was pleasant; cute new digs. Great backyard for our two granddaughters and Portuguese water dogs to play and enjoy the spaciousness. An adjustment to the timing of the lawn sprinkler would be beneficial, especially if you want to enjoy the pool/firepit/outdoor dining a bit later in the evening. Kitchen cookware/bakeware and utensils need to be upgraded/supplied. Beds were really comfy. Quiet neighborhood.

First all I wanna say the place was chefs kiss👩🍳💋. Everything was as pictured. It was 7 family members and 2 small pups and we were all accommodated perfectly. The check in process was easy got my Instructions the day before. Neighborhood was quiet as heck I’m used to loud neighbors, location was perfect 15 min from historic downtown. Will definitely be renting again.

Stayed for a week in March, nice neighborhood, close to beach, amazing little pool and fenced in big yard for the dog!
Management was thoughtful and very responsive. Only thing not perfect were some awkward furniture choices and layout inside, outside porch was great!
All in all really enjoyed our stay!

Funny story. We had a nice fire going in the firepit and the sprinklers soaked me and the fire within 3 minutes, the dogs enjoyed the spacious yard and the tall fence to keep them in.

The house was perfect for our moms 60th birthday. Pool was a perfect size and a great added benefit. The house was fully equipped with anything you could think of. The owners were so easy to get ahold of. The location was close to stores, restaurants and a short drive to St. Augustine. It’s definitely on the list for a return trip.

The property is absolutely beautiful! We travel with our dogs so the fenced in yard was so nice fir them to safely run around yard after traveling for 2 days. Pool is nice and warm and just the right size. Nice quiet neighborhood. Can hear and feel the ocean breeze. Close to restaurants and stores. Jenn was very attentive to all of our questions. Also texted to let us know when pool technician was coming. Hope to come back in a couple of months!

We only stayed two nights on our way further south. The property and house were immaculate! Fully fenced backyard was perfect for our two dogs. We walk our dogs a lot and this neighborhood is perfect for walking. We have been to the area before so we were glad to be close to our favorite spots to eat - The Oasis and Viola’s are both fantastic. The house was very comfortable and everything we needed was there for us. The pool was flooded by the storm but I’m sure it’s a fantastic pool when all cleaned up. We recommend this rental five stars!

Vacation House
The house is so adorable and located in a quiet neighborhood. Short walk to beach across the street and 15-20 minute drive to downtown. Brought our wagon to load up beach stuff to make trip to beach an easy walk. Grocery stores located 5 minutes away. Can’t wait to come back to this beautiful property.

The perfect home away from home for the beach!
We had an amazing experience. The owners were always just a text away if I needed them. The house was very clean, king sized bed was comfortable, pool was clean and the location of the property was very close to everything we needed. Highly recommend and will stay here again!

The BEST!
This is an amazing property to stay at! Very clean and beautifully furnished. The pool is amazing and wonderful. You can easily get to the historic district in St. Augustine in 15 minutes. We will definitely be back again. I have to say this is probably one of my top three places to stay.

Absolutely perfect
We loved everything about this rental! Washer and dryer made it easy to stay on top of laundry. The private pool was great! The house was super clean and had plenty of appliances! We had a great week here and will rent it again! Owner was super nice too!

We had a very great stay at the property and enjoyed the space, cleanliness and pool. The house was clean and tidy. The backyard was big and the pool was great. Easy entry access was a plus and the host were kind and easy to reach.
I would note that one of the the two bedrooms is very minimal. There weren't bedside tables in this room. Nightstands would have made this room more functional for our stay.
Overall, our stay was great and the house was all we needed for a weekend get away. The pool is a very nice added bonus.

The house was lovely and the hosts were extremely responsive and easy to work with. The pool wasn’t huge but certainly felt large enough for our two teenage boys to enjoy.
Roku TV, so need your own subscriptions. Plenty of bureau space. If you prefer to hang your clothes, bring your own hangers. (We lived out of our bags so it wasn’t a problem for us!)
