We enjoyed the house and all it had to offer

We had a wonderful stay at this property. It was close to Yosemite. Had a great time using the pool, hot tub, and pool table. There we some issues with the hot tub and the water pressure at the house but they were addressed quickly.

This house was as described and the finishes were very nice. Our extended family of 10 was comfortable in the 5 en suite bedrooms.
There were a few maintenance issues in our stay which we will communicate to the host, but overall this is a great place to stay for visiting Yosemite and Bass Lake.

We had a wonderful stay at this gorgeous property!! It was the perfect house for our farewell weekend. The amenities are super well maintained. The only downside was that the beds were not comfortable and the pillows way too thick and hard. But besides that, the house is fully equipped with everything you could think of, and beyond. Would highly recommend it!!

Stayed with a group of 15 friends for a guy's retreat weekend. Property lived up to the hype. Great location, super easy to check-in/out and fantastic times had by all. The tennis court was especially fun as we played pickleball late into the night under the lights. Would recommend for a big group trip.

Nice location for a Yosemite trip, House was clean, beds were all comfortable and we enjoyed our time here. Pool and Hot tub were great. Definitely a nice place!

Yosemite Fork resort family reunion
Property location and outdoor amenities were good. However had issues with several appliances and operation of spa. There were no instructions on how to operate spa equipment and the pool was cloudy and a little dirty. The kitchen fridge went out during our stay and we lost food items. Manager informed us the day before we arrived that the oven did not work. Which was a big deal as we were cooking all meals at the house by different members of the family. Some of the things advertised in the listing where not included; ice maker, ping pong table and oven of course. They did provide a fridge the next day (much smaller) with no ice maker. Manager tried to accommodate for oven with a pizza oven, but we were constantly troubleshooting and doing menu work arounds. We did learn you can bake brownies on the BBQ.
Each bedroom has its own bathroom which was a great feature for the property. The bathrooms have all been remodeled. Instructions we received the day before arriving had some specifics about bathroom use for septic tank property that I won’t go into but think 3rd world country. Some of the bedrooms lacked storage space(i.e. nightstands and dressers) so some were living out of suitcases.
This property has a lot of great features and is priced as high end, but fell short on a lot of things and did not meet our expectations based on what we paid..

The spectacular house is very clean and well equipped, with fantastic games. The host was very accommodating, providing an extra refrigerator for our holiday food, and stayed in touch by phone. Unfortunately, the hot tub did not heat up although they tried hard to fix it.

Yosemite vacation
It was a very nice stay. Gary was helpful, and the property was well-maintained. The kitchen has everything you need. The host was very accomodative and let us check out late. The location is great: close to the shops, the wonderful community theater, the railroad. A short drive to Mariposa Grove.
Two things:
1. I wish the pool and hot tub were heated. Kids loved it and really wanted to get in, but in this time of the year it's way too cold.
2. Pillows are so firm, that we didn't use them at all. It was softer to sleep right on the mattress. I'd highly recommend to replace them.
Overall, I would recommend this property!
