My Family and I had the most wonderful time staying at Casa Karma! The location of this property is within walking distance to town, shopping, beach access and more! Every detail was planned perfectly and Oscar or Karla were always in communication if we needed! This house has all the amenities one could need! High end appliances, beautifully decorated rooms, and you are literally over the water! Listened to the ocean sounds all day long 1some nights you could even hear it in the front bedrooms this house is so close to the beach! There were 3 adults and 2 kids and we could fit another whole family and still have optimal privacy! All of Karlas recommendations were spot on! I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a nice relaxing break, privacy and still close to the action! Best of all worlds! Views of Cozumel Island and ocean just stunning!

First off, the pictures and the description don't do Casa Karma justice. It is far more stunning than depicted - the home, the pool, the beach...wow! The home was large enough for our family of 6 adults with plenty of bathrooms, linens, towels, sitting space and privacy. The kitchen was fully stocked and made cooking simple meals a breeze. Second, the home was perfectly situated being a short walk to all of Playa's action including shopping and restaurants. I should mention that we felt VERY safe with the security guards posted at the gates to Playacar. The home is really ON the beach...a perfect combination between pool and beach...we LOVED it! Lastly, our communication with the administrators of Casa Karma was excellent; helpful, timely and friendly. We definitely planning on coming back soon!

The house was wonderful. Clean and modern. No need to bring towels, shampoos, etc. They have it all. The beds were so comfortable! Loved the ocean view!

Stayed there with2 other couples and enjoyed this wonderful house for a week. We were very impressed with everything: attention to detail by the owner, communication, recommendations, amenities, decorating, layout, furniture, technology, kitchen accessories, everything... can't say enough. We had a couple minor hiccups and they resolved them immediately. Beautiful house, views, pool, beach. We walked every day into town for restaurants, bars, etc... and always felt safe. Would highly recommend. Karla is great. Chef Arturo cooked for us 1 night and we loved it!!! Enjoy your stay here!

Casa Karma was the perfect choice for our group of 7 friends. It's perfectly located within Playa del Carmen, in a gated residential community adjacent to downtown - so secure and quiet at night, but literally just 10 min walk to all the restaurants, bars, clubs, shops on PDC's main strip. There's also a taxi stand a few blocks from the house, which meant we didn't have to rent a car to go to Tulum, cenotes, etc. The house is literally on the beach, which meant we could watch the sun rise & hear the waves from the comfort of the living room or primary suite. We didn't even use the pool, since it was just as easy to move from lounging poolside to hopping directly into the ocean itself. The beach is public - but the house gated off - so you feel like you're in the middle of the action while also relaxing in privacy. This combo of being on the beach but also walkable into town was an absolute gamechanger!! The house itself feels freshly updated / renovated, is tastefully decorated, and has every amenity one could possibly ask for. The best-stocked kitchen I've seen in a vacation home, dryers / curling irons in every room, yoga mats, paddleboards, full Sonos throughout the house, iMac & speedy wifi for anyone working, automated blinds, etc. The owner & house manager were highly communicative and lovely to interact with. They helped with things like pre-stocking the fridge, arranging several private meals (Chef Arturo is incredible), airport transfers, and so on. 11/10 stay!
