We loved this place. It was clean and had everything we needed. Plenty of space, loved the dock right outside the door and the location was perfect for the kids to walk around and entertain themselves when we weren't out on the boat. Mona was very quick to respond if we had any questions. Looking forward to going back. Thank you!

This condo is amazing - from the comfortable furnishings and spacious bedrooms, to the open kitchen with a breakfast bar to the huge furnished deck space and gorgeous views across Alton Bay!
It is ideally located a short drive from many of the activities the Lakes Region has to offer. A two minute walk offers several restaurants as well as ice cream shops.
If you want a vacation condo that will leave you not wanting to go home - this is it!

GREAT CONDO!!!!! The location is AWESOME and very roomy with an awesome deck. Restaurants and shopping all within walking distance....We couldn't have asked for anything more! Also Mona is great and went out of her way to help us find a place to park our trailer. We appreciated all the hospitality. Definitely will be back! THANK YOU FOR A GREAT VACATION.

This unit provided a wonderful vacation for a 3rd year in a row for our family. Clean, spacious, tons of food and fun on one side, Lake Winni directly on the other, we love staying here. Mona is very responsive and the unit is so comfortable. We are already planning our trip for next year!

Great stay! Great location just a little noisy because the road is not far from unit. Mostly motorcycle noise. Great views from the huge deck! Everything was close by. Really enjoyed our stay. The only complaint we had was poor drainage in the showers. Water was over our ankles by the time shower was done.

Unit was as described and owner was easy to get in touch with. Super convenient, especially if you have a boat! Ramp is right across from the unit. It was well stocked, we didn’t do any cooking, but anything we needed was there. AC was great especially considering how hot it was that week. There is a clam/ice cream shack across the street, another just a bit up from that, an ice cream place in the same building, as well as a sit down restaurant all within a 2 minute walk. There’s a really cute Christmas/candy shop next door which the kids loved and I always buy an ornament for our tree when we go on vacation so that was handy! Being able to hop right on the boat was so convenient and just what we were looking for when we booked.

Cons-
1. neighbor told my husband he had to move his car in a very aggressive and angry tone. Perhaps parking passes need to be given out so renters like us aren’t accosted by neighbors who want to use the parking spaces that belong to the property. He did apologize days later, by knocking on our door right after I got out of the shower, which was awkward.
2. I purposely selected a property with a tv in the bedroom as I use a tv to help me fall/stay asleep. I was very disappointed to find a note on the bedroom tv saying, “tv not functional” …. Then don’t post a picture of a tv in the bedroom.
3. There are two areas in the outside floor that are under construction, unsafe and needs to be addressed. One huge hole and one small hole. Either one could cause a serious fall and injury.

Wonderful time in Alton Bay
We had a wonderful time in Alton Bay. This condo is located in the best location - walk to several places to eat or have ice cream, and it is a stone's throw from the marina and boat launch (and boat rentals). The owner was very responsive and the unit was spotless. HIghly recommend!
