Property was amazing!! Great location and well equipped with anything our family needed during our stay. Host was available for questions, easy to communicate with and quick to respond. I could not recommend this property more and we hope to stay again the future. 10/10!

We had a wonderful week with our family relaxing in this beautiful condo. We loved the location to the beach (across the street) and to Seaside. We were able to walk and bike to restaurants and shops. Communication with the management company was excellent. This condo had all the amenities we wanted and was quiet when inside. We would rent here again if the property does not sell. Very memorable vacation.

The apartment was truly lovely. The decor and level of comfort for the 6 of us friends was top notch. We loved the view and being able to sit out on the patio. The pool and hot tub were very nice and the private stairs to the beach were a big plus. We would absolutely stay again.

3 stars mainly for location. Everything else was mediocre to poor for the following reasons: Cons: - Dishwasher smelled so bad. We didn’t use it so we hand washed everything. - Washer and Dryer (Washer agitator needs to be cleaned. Washer leaves dark residue on clean clothes. Dryer lint catcher doesn’t securely close resulting in lint getting all over clothes and needs cleaning. The lint catcher has rust.)- Some doors don’t close properly. - Towels smelled bad - resulting in us washing all towels again. - Floors were filthy- All rugs including the laundry mat looked very soiled - Parking is absolutely horrendous. Every night they have valets parking for people for the Market Cafe and the Surfing Deer restaurants and it’s almost impossible to get to your assigned parking every evening. - Hair blower is old (we had to buy a new one)- Living room blankets smell and have stains - Cheetos found in living room brown recliner chairs Pros: - Prime and great location - Wonderful open concept and decorations are tastefully done and beautiful - Every bedroom has its own full bathroom - Private access to beach- Covered parking - The host communicative - Access to private pool across the street - Welcome box with basic home essentials that helped us get settled in quicker - Quiet area and felt very secure for our kids- Kitchen is stocked with basic eating utensils - Beds are fairly comfortable BUT the pillows don’t give great support - Great view of the beach
