Unser Haus in Cocoa Beach ist ein 3.600 sqft großes, zweistöckiges (mit Aufzug) Privathaus mit 6 Schlafzimmern und 5 Bädern.
Für tolle Zusammenkünfte im Garten sorgen ein wunderschöner beheizter Pool, ein Whirlpool und gemütliche Liegeplätze rund um die Feuerstelle. Wir liegen 100 Meter vom Strand entfernt, nur 5 Minuten oder weniger zu Fuß vom Pier sowie von mehreren Bars, Restaurants und Cafés. Der Ron Jon Surf Shop und andere lokale Sehenswürdigkeiten sind weniger als 1 Meile entfernt.
Die Kinder werden das Spielzimmer in der Garage mit Tischtennis, Tischfußball und Arcade-Spielen lieben!
Und jeder wird die Strandausrüstung (siehe Bild) genießen: Fahrräder, Softtop-Boards, Boogie-Boards, Stühle, Kühlbox, Strandwagen und vieles mehr.

This absolutely beautiful home has convenient location for beach access with plenty of beach chairs, umbrellas and toys available to borrow. It has gorgeous gathering spaces for groups, inside and outside by the pool. Kitchen is well equipped with an ample supply of spices if you’re cooking in. The back yard is a lovely place to relax and recharge. The bedrooms are spacious, very comfortable and the master bath is especially stunning. Make time to show off your ping pong, foosball, Digdug, Galaga or Joust domination in the game room or to stop into the great little neighborhood bar just across the street. Property hosts Edmund and Anna are exceptionally kind and responsive in their communication. Hope to stay with them again sometime!

This house works out perfectly for a large family. The beds were comfortable and plenty of space to have your own private place. The pool was amazing and the proximity to beach and public spaces were superb!! The beach chairs and toys made it possible for our grands to have a great time without overpacking for plane ride! The hosts/owner was prompt to respond and take care of any questions! Highly recommend this lovely home.
