the unit need some maintenance the sliding door needs new wheels, some new comfortable chairs on the deck.needs new chairs at the front door. the chesterfield needs new foam in the cushions. other than these few items the unit is very good and we were very happy staying there.Peter.

This little condo was just perfect for the quick fall break trip for me and my boys who each brought a friend. It was clean, it was right on the canal, and it was a great size. The boys loved playing mini golf, tennis and pickleball, but let's be honest - the golf cart was the main attraction :) It was so convenient to get around the complex and to the beach. Location was terrific and we had a wonderful time.

The host was wonderful and helpful, the location is alright aside from the back porch being in full sun most of the day at a weird angle. The cleanliness was nice, and the appliances worked. My only complaint is the floors were absolutely gross. You could tell in some areas they haven’t been mopped for who knows how long, it felt like walking on earwax. The property manager might be at fault for not making sure things are tiptop, so I wouldn’t blame the host.

Overall we loved the location and community the condo was in. We enjoyed taking advantage of the multiple pools, and liked how a couple were heated since the weather was a little cool out. We also loved having the golf cart and taking it around the community and the beach. Such a great and fun amenity! The cons are definitely the cleanliness of the property. The place needs some love - it looks like it’s been rented out for years and just not kept up on. The floors are pretty gross; we wore shoes or socks the whole time bc of it. The sheets were dirty with black marks on the sheets in the primary bedroom and makeup stains all over the sheets in the other bedroom. The downstairs sink gets clogged up when you wash your hands, the sliding glass door to the outside deck is sooo hard to open. The mirrors on the walls had a film on them as though they haven’t been cleaned in quite a while and the couches felt dirty and had a bit of an odor. Also one of the chairs on the deck has a tear in it and will break if someone on the larger side sits on it. :) I was also shocked by the lack of amenities overall that I think are pretty standard at most places like a blow dryer. That’s such a cheap thing to have on hand!We loved the location, but I would not stay in this unit again. Please spend some money and do some updates and get a deep clean done!
