Pics do not do this place the justice it deserves. Spouse and I just spent this past week here celebrating our 49th anniversary. We could not have been more pleased with the house, property, amenities and privacy. The views were AMAZING from all windows.

This was the perfect spot to enjoy quiet, hill country scenery and still be close enough to Bandera and San Antonio. Great views and Greg was a fantastic host.

I chose this property based on looking for a get away for a small group of friends and cousin to get away from our everyday life to disconnect, relax, and reset. This was all that and then some. The photos don’t do any justice to how great this location really is. The house and amenities were top notch. Greg was a awesome host from the start to the finish on making sure we had everything we possibly needed. I would highly recommend staying here and know we will be back in the future. If you’re looking for a secluded getaway, this property is as good as it gets…

This property has the most amazing views! We spent most of our time outside enjoying the view and the fantastic outdoor space. The home is beautiful inside as well and fully stocked. We did not need anything.
The host is very responsive. Greg checked in with us to make sure we didn't have any questions and responded right away when we asked if we could book anothet night due to a bike tire incident.
I would highly recommend this property to anyone going to Pipe Creek or Bandera. Thank you for sharing your hoke with us! We will definitely be back!

This is an amazing spot. Ideal for privacy with great views. My fiancé and I spent three glorious days here and never saw another soul. It was perfect!

Amazing Views!
Hands down, this was one of the best trips my family and I have ever been on. The location was far enough away from everything that you felt like you were the only people on earth, but close enough to everything you needed. Pictures don't do this property justice. The kitchen had everything you would need and the beds and linens were incredibly comfortable. Communication was great and check in and out was incredibly easy. We will definitely be back!

Tranquility
Our stay at this property was amazing. It's peaceful and secluded. Beautiful views of the rugged parts of the hill country. We sat outside and listened to the doves instead of traffic noise. House is very clean and well stocked with all the essentials of home. I would consider this a tucked away treasure.

This house is a contemporary architectural masterpiece! It has floor to ceiling windows, clever use of space, and beautiful colors and natural materials. It's kept spotlessly clean with every comfort and convenience provided, and situated on a gorgeous remote hilltop. The large covered outdoor pavilion includes a comfortable seating area, a gas grill for cooking, and adult and kid games. Husband enjoyed the peaceful time away to rest and read. We watched some tv on the giant screen downstairs. I sketched, and painted plein air in watercolor. The bird feeders attracted Woodhouses's scrub jay, chickadees, & black-crested titmouse, and soaring black vultures circle constantly. We had such a good time! If possible, Greg, I'll send photos of some of my artwork to you.

We adored our stay at the Mount Villa home in Pipe Creek. The views from both inside and out were absolutely breathtaking, and the home was well stocked with everything we needed. The host reached out several times to check on us and we felt very welcome. The location was perfect for getting to state parks; our favorite was Lost Maples Natural Area, just under an hour away. Both Bandera and Boerne are within easy driving distance; we preferred Bandera for restaurants and groceries because it wasn't touristy. Also recommend pizza at The Dough Joe in Bandera. We will definitely be back to this property!

Beautiful views, comfortable house
We had a great 2-night stay as an anniversary getaway without the kids. Getting to the house takes you off the beaten path on some dirt roads, but it was all worth it for the solitude and the views. We had some nice stargazing too from the hammock. Communication with the hosts was excellent, we would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Hill Country getaway!
We had a great experience staying at this beautiful house surrounded by stunning hill country views. Extremely clean and well appointed inside and out. Our family of five was very comfortable and the host was extremely responsive and helpful throughout the entire process. Can't recommend this place enough for anyone looking to get away to a great house in a wonderful natural setting. WiFi / cell coverage (T-Mobile) was also very strong so if needed one could easily work remotely from here. Only complaint was that the oven was broken which mean we had to be creative and plan ahead to prepare our Thanksgiving meal but the host let us know immediately after booking and hopefully they will have a working oven for future guests. Overall 5 stars all around and will definitely book it again in the future.
