We enjoyed our week and the upgrades. There were 3 issues we want to report. The jets in the jacuzzi tub were not working; the fireplace was not working; the upstairs queen bathroom and the master bathroom were not clean especially the floors.

Great place, nice updated bathrooms. Very accommodating for a large group. Close to the beach and downtown , you can walk to almost everything Rehoboth has to offer .

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really enjoyed the location of this spacious home, and the driveway was big enough for 4 large vehicles. It was disappointing that three of the four bathrooms needed to be serviced by a plumber while we were there, Bill and Beth were very helpful in getting that taken care of pretty quickly.After the first plumbing incident, the plumber left a mess in toilet, which we had to clean ourselves. The second plumber that came cleaned up before he left. The kitchen was tidy, however the house was not swept, or vacuumed ( various things under the beds, including a used tissue, and a child's teething ring), and mold in the showers. The dryer was not working,( it took hours to dry one beach towel) so we were unable to make use of it. The sofa in the living room has seen better days, and the various outlets in the house didn't work, so it was difficult to charge our devices. We had to request another propane tank for the grill, and the internet, and TVs were frustrating to use, without any instructions, or information. I would really like to say more nice things, it's just a shame that such a nice property wasn't maintained to warrant a good review. For the price that I paid for this place, I feel like it shouldn't be too much to ask for a clean, functional vacation rental.
