Great place to stay. Loved the screened in porch in the evening. Easy walk to some great restaurants & the beach.

Perfect little spot for a quick weekend getaway! Not sure exactly on the beach, you have to walk through the King & Prince public beach entrance but that was easy. Walking distance to AMAZING seafood and barbecue restaurants. Quiet block and part of town for sure. Only issue is that the shower doesn’t drain, at all. And if you go to the beach (especially with dogs) there is no hose or spicket of any sort to rinse them off!

Great location!! We walked to all the great restaurants, the beach is across the street!! Was roomy enough for my husband and I and our dog!! We all loved the deck and screened porch. It could use some TLC, more hooks for towels, clothes and coats. Overall great stay, we'll be back!!!!!

We were not planning to provide a review on our trip, because we were raised not to say anything if we could not say something positive. But we kept getting emails week after week asking us to provide a review, so here we go…. We got off on a bad start with our rental. The property management firm sent a confirmation that the door key would be on the right of the entry door in a lock box if we arrive when they were not opened (after hours). We thought this meant the “rental unit” door, but found out later that the “door” was the management office entry door. We could not get anybody to call us back using the “after hour” phone numbers provided, which could have clarified the key location. Luckily, a friendly neighbor helped us. The pre-arrival confirmation also said we could expect a washing machine and dryer. We never found them. We brought a bicycle, but there was not place to store it out of the weather. The fridge was an unexpected mini-fridge. The walk-in closet light bulb was not working. There was no ESPN channel on the cable TV; a big disappointment for any sports fan. We left a day early, because the bed was causing back pain. This was our second trip to St. Simons Island. Our first trip was with a rental that was managed by the owner, which we could call with any questions/problems, and got prompt replies. We’ll probably look for this arrangement in the future. On a positive note, our dog had a wonderful vacation!
