This house was great for our family of 10. Plenty of space for everyone. The house was very nice. The air hockey table was a hit. Had a nice big table for everyone to gather around for meals. I do wish the jetted master would have worked. I was looking fwd to it but was never able to get it to work.

This property is well-maintained and clean. We came in for the Ring of Fire, but as we expected due to weather, we were unable to view the angularity.
The house was great. Our friends were able to bring their dog. We walked to the local establishments. It looks like summer would be even better to be in town.
We had a great time. Loved the shower and beds were comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked (maybe add a few more wine glasses!).
We did have a bit of trouble with getting the heaters going when we first arrived. We had several changes throughout our trip (one couple and their pets couldn't come, wanted a late checkout for the Lions football game, when ended up being later in the day so we didn't need a late checkout!). Vacasa worked with all of our changes without issue. I would recommend Vacasa, as we also had them at a place in Olalla, Washington with great results as well.

The house was great, and super clean. I would have given it 5 stars except for the poor host support when we had a problem. We booked the house for 4 nights. On the second night, around 9:00 PM, the AC unit in one of the bedrooms began making a strange noise. The noise continued even after we turned off the unit and persisted for 20-30 minutes after shut off. I have such heat pump units in my home, and I could not account for the noise. And it was too loud to allow for sleep. I called the Vacasa support line around 9:30 PM. The support person marked the problem as urgent and promised to call me back with an update as he tried to arrange service. That was the last I heard from Vacasa support. I didn’t expect service that night, but I did expect an update by phone and a service call the next day, which was a Friday. But nothing. I’ve still heard nothing. The noise started each time the unit was turned on, and persisted for a time after the unit was turned off. So, no AC in that room for 3 nights, in July.

This home is large for a big group and the game room was nice. But…. Our group consensus was it was not worth the money. There was a lot of weird little things not working- the bathroom fans, jacuzzi tub, etc. the alarm and smoke detectors were defaulting and literally woke up the house every morning early. A couple smoke detectors had to be removed because despite the batteries being changed (we changed them out 3 times) it was chirping. The maintenance lady was very responsive and came to problem solve when we reached out. There was still dog hair and sand/dirt on the stairs and floors from the last people. The house is in a very poor area and feels weird to be in this large house overlooking a dilapidated trailer. The neighbor was actually pan handling in the driveway of the rental for an afternoon. Not a good location….. we did find the tugman eel lake which was nice about 2.5 miles up the road and ventured to the Umpqua jetty but overall would not recommend. I would say 2 stars if it weren’t for the size and newness of the house.

The house is beautiful and comfortable the only problem was the jacuzzi tub that has no hot water , but the stay was easy and just what we were looking for.

We had a wonderful stay over the Thanksgiving weekend, the house is great and clean. We hoe to stay again some day!

A few things -
Hot tub was not working - we saw pictures on the website and assumed we will have the hot tub
The microwave was not working
The floors were very sandy when we checked in
Hot water was not available in the master bath tub
I would have appreciated if I was informed earlier about all these.

Thank you for allowing my family and I to stay here. We had a great time in this house. Everyone enjoyed the games in the game room the most. It was a relaxing stay.
Some of the things we didn’t like was the jacuzzi wasn’t working, the garbage can was already half full when we got there, there were a lot of ants in the kitchen area & the floors and couches weren’t fully cleaned. (As there was dog hair all over and we didn’t bring a dog.)

Huge house in the middle of Lakeside, OR. Very new and clean and nice layout for family.

The house it’s self is nice. However, there is no trash service. We were there 5 nights with 12 people. The outside trash cans were already half full when we got there and then overflowing by the 2nd night. There are also ants throughout the house.
We had gas cans stolen out of the back of one of our trucks, which Is no fault of the rental service, but we tried to get in touch with the rental people to address the trash and to see if the cameras out front worked to see who stole the cans….. no response even still.

My family loved this house. Its location was perfect for our beach vacation.
Slight issues:
1. There is no information about how to work the heaters. They are in every bedroom and there are remote controls in each of them. It took us an hour on the phone to get assistance to get the house heated.
2. The location is not the best. Dogs were barking and people yelling most of the time we were there. The house echos so we could hear everything that was going on.
3. The hot tub is right next to the master bedroom and it was LOUD. I know it does what it does to hear the water, but dang…we had trouble sleeping.
4. Master jacuzzi tub…doesn’t work. No hot water would run into the tub.
5. Alarm system does not work! Was going off every 15-20 seconds saying all windows were broken and doors were open. On the phone speaking with someone, the. On the phone with someone else. Finally bypassed it. Still not a working system.

Super clean, professionally managed and very conveniently located. Perfect getaway, only 5 miles away from a plethora of ATV rental places for dune dashing. The home itself can conveneintly sleep 12 people (we were only 7). Very clean and high quality beds and modern furniture all around the home. The kitchen and bathrooms were well-stocked than any other high-end hotel/inn/suite/AirBnB we've ever stayed in. Checkin/checkout was a breeze.
We're definitely goin back there. Vacasa home it is, for all our future trips.
