Property fairly close to listing. Remotes and TVs a little confusing. Overall great and all enjoyed being together.

Condo was exactly as listed. Beach is a couple blocks from the condo, walking distance. Convenience store right across the street. Rooms are spacious, comfortable living room. Kitchen is fully stocked with plateware, cookware, utensils, etc. Cold AC is a super plus! There is a golf cart rental right next door, which is a must when visiting Port A. Condo has colorful vibrant colors throughout. Community pool was clean. Will be back! Ly

Overall it is a great place and ! would recommend staying at this location. Check in was easy and parking was not a problem. We had a group of 10 and had plenty of space for sleeping and moving about. The place is very cute and we had a a great time playing games at the large table. The outside seating was very convenient and comfortable. The pool is nice and very close by. We also loved that the unit is a short walk to everything you could want or need. We would give a 5 star review but we did have a couple of issues in the unit. We tried to use the broiler to make toast (no toaster in the unit) but when we set the function dial to "broil" and set the temp to "broiler" the unit never turned on. It seems pretty self explanatory but since it's a newer oven maybe we were doing something wrong. We kept hearing a "beep" from the oven so maybe a guide to the oven operation would have helped??? We made a point to chose a unit with a BBQ and had bought everything to grill burgers for dinner. Unfortunately, the outdoor garden lights were not working so we had a hard time cooking in the dark. My brother had a tester and confirmed the GFI that the lights are plugged into was not working. I sent a maintenance request on the app but no one ever showed up to repair it. I also had to wash many of the dishes as they did appear as though they had been run through a dishwasher without being rinsed off, something the cleaning service should watch for.

Overall, the house was fairly clean. Beds were clean and comfortable, showers and bathrooms were clean and great. There were definitely kitchen ants that would swarm any food left out for more than five minutes. Also the dining table was sticky in a weird way. Either some too strong cleaning product had been used and deteriorated the table stain or it was just too dirty. It was impossible to clean the sticky away which was odd. There was also only one garbage bag left for us for the weekend. When I messaged management about not having any extra trash bags (checked every cabinet, every drawer, every closet) I was told they would not be providing any more than were already provided. So that was annoying. There was some artwork missing from the walls, and the screened in porch was no longer screened in as there were huge holes in the screening and the screen door to the patio was really hard to open and close. WiFi went in and out, but typically was not working. Pool was clean and well kept. Place was quiet and close to shops and a reasonable walk to the beach. All in all an adequate stay.
