Communication was great with the owner. The house was very clean! Pictures were very accurate and the house looked even better in person. The view of the stream was amazing! We enjoyed drinking our morning coffee on the screened porch listening to the wonderful flow of the water. One morning, we were even visited by a couple sweet deer! The kitchen was very well equipped as we made family breakfasts and dinners just about every day. We used Instacart to stock up on food - I highly recommend that service! There was plenty of seating for all nine of us at the dining table. After dinner, the young adults really enjoyed the game room in the lower level. They loved the huge TV and the ping pong table! They played board games and we could hear them laughing and having fun! It was great that they could have their privacy and just hang out together. The outdoor pools and basketball courts were great! We had a couple rainy days, so we really enjoyed the indoor pools and hot tubs! Two of the nights, we used the firepit and made smores! It was just beautiful and peaceful just sitting and talking around the fire. On the last day, the kids took a ride to Camelback Outdoor water park and they had a absolute blast! We've been doing the Jersey Shore for many years and decided to try something different this year. We are so happy we did! My sons (16 and 20) said this was the best family vacation we've ever taken! Looks like we'll be coming back to the Poconos next year!

Fantastic property and hosts! It felt like home with everything we needed. The screened in porch is the perfect spot for relaxation with the sounds of the stream and viewing wildlife. Will definitely stay again!

Felt right at home from the moment we arrived. House is spacious and well arranged for renters. The adults especially loved the screened-in porch and the kids enjoyed the movie / game room. The creek is a great feature as are the Saw Creek amenities. Great communication with Ryan and team. We’ll definitely be back.

We stayed 3 nights/4 days. It was very cozy. It came with all the amenities. We loved the game room and sitting by the stream was very relaxing. I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a serene getaway. I hope to be able to return in the future

We took our family for a long weekend, two grown daughters, their husbands, and our two-year-old granddaughter. We had a lovely time. The house was just right for us. Each couple and the baby had a bedroom. There was plenty of space for us to enjoy time together and separate rooms for folks to be in smaller groups We particularly enjoyed the screened porch. Other than swimming in the summer and skiing in the winter, the community didn't have that much available for us to do.

The house was as described and host was quick to address our needs when we had questions. The stream and firepit were a good outdoor element. There were plenty of games, ping pong, pinball to keep us busy when it rained. Overall we enjoyed our weekend stay.

In very good shape. Well described in listing. Despite inclement weather at start of our stay we enjoyed the house. The game room is genius and entertained the young people . Homeowner very attentive to our needs. At end of stay weather cooperated and we were able to enjoy the many amenities in the area.

The home was clean and welcoming. Everything was as described; nothing broken or lacking in any way! The weekend we went was too windy for a fire and we were sad that the falls were closed. BUT, the home was wonderful!

We just got back for an extended weekend at this house in the Poconos. My wife and I had our children and grandchildren with us with the kids ranging from 18 months to 7 years old. The house was great for the family. The lower level is where the kids hung out watching TV and playing games. The adults hung out in the living room with the fireplace going. The house is right along a flowing stream which is a delightful to just sit by and relax. There is a nice outside fire pit by the stream. The house is in a community that has all kinds of facilities including its own ski slope. The skiing was great for the youngsters who are beginners. The host was great to work with. He was very responsive to my questions! We definitely are going to go back for another relaxing time in the Poconos

Absolutely loved our stay here. Peaceful and quiet. Easy to find and centrally located to many points of interest. Very clean, cozy and comfortable.

We had a great time at Ryan’s place! It was the perfect getaway for a cold weekend and the house was so cozy, especially having the fireplace. We loved hanging out in the basement playing pinball and watching the big screen TV ( and very happy that the couch fit our entire family!) Ryan checked in with us several times during our stay to make sure everyone was going well which was very nice of him. I’d definitely recommend staying here!

We went to the Poconos for the weekend with our adult children to get married. The house was so homey and comfortable. The owner was amazing and so helpful with any questions I had prior to our arrival. Extremely happy and would recommend this property to all!

Ryan's property was amazing! The house was clean and well stocked with cooking utensils, coffee, and more. There was more paperwork than I anticipated, but our stay was definitely worth it! We really enjoyed the game room with foosball, pinball, and table tennis and hanging out on the porch at sunset. This would be a great getaway for a large family or group of friends!

The house was beautiful, spacious, cozy, and the view was amazing. We had a group of 10 for Thanksgiving and we had plenty of room to spread out. The furniture is comfortable and the basement was a huge hit for all of us! I communicated with the owners prior to our stay (I had lots of questions) and the response time was super quick. Highly recommend this place!

This was an amazing place to stay. My family and I were here for my uncles birthday weekend celebration and it was perfect. Tons of games and activities to do in the basement of the house. So much fun sitting out by the fire hearing the water run by. The best part for me was sitting out in the screen house enjoying our meals. It was really what we needed. An enjoyable relaxing weekend. The amenities were awesome and Ryan was very helpful with anything we needed assistance with. I definitely recommend visiting this river house. We loved it!! Jeanine

We really enjoyed our stay at the Saw Creek house. The house is spacious, clean, and comfortable. The owners were very responsive to questions and accommodated request for a playpen. We would definitely stay here again.

This house was perfect for our extended family. "Grammy" booked it to have a place for the kids and grandkids to spend quality time together. This house provided the perfect backdrop. The kids ranged in age from 7 to infant. The creek provided hours of "creek stomping" for the older ones and the larger closets provided quiet dark areas for the infants to sleep. We enjoyed the layout and were pleasantly surprised with a very well stocked appliance kitchen! We did not get to fully enjoy the community amenities due to limited hours /staffing but Ryan was more than upfront about that. this would also be a great place for a couples retreat....hmmmm I better start planning!

We celebrated my husbands birthday here and had a really lovely time! The pictures and description are exact. The view by the fire pit down through the woods and stream is picturesque and overall just a great time had by all!

House was great! Definitely as advertised and better on arrival with the gorgeous views and all community amenities. Neighborhood is great but those hills are deceptive when you are walking around:) Ryan was great with communication and we really appreciated the smores kit! Would have liked to have had a few more towels available but luckily the washer works well! Would definitely rent again! Thank you for a wonderful stay!!
