We have been to Destin area so many times, staying in numerous houses, condos, etc. This stay went very smooth and I would absolutely recommend. Parking was closer than what I am used to, so that was nice. I LOVED how easy it was to get down to the beach. It took less than 2 minutes to carry stuff down and be in our chairs that were already set up. Each condo gets a set of 2 chairs with umbrella that are included without added fees!! Also, only one row of chairs needed since the 4 buildings are spread out so everyone isn’t on top of one another. AMAZING!! I also LOVED not being in the Destin traffic by being at this location. We love the outlet mall and it is RIGHT THERE!! Restaurants within walking distance!! This place is perfect for 4 people… I probably wouldn’t want more than that. The ceilings are lower than I’m used to, so didn’t seem as spacious as some, but VERY CLEAN AND VERY CUTE/UP TO DATE. Beds are comfy. We all talked about sleeping great!! Washer and dryer are full size and worked wonderfully. Kitchen also great, but we didn’t cook large meals this time. The view??? 10/10!! Also, the host called to check on us and very kind. If we would have needed anything, I know she would have jumped on it. Air only got down to 72(I keep my house 65 in the summer), but it was perfectly comfortable!!

We found everything to be just as it was listed. Kitchen was easy to cook in. Everything was clean and we'll put together. Beds were very comfortable. Veiws were amazing. Access to the beach and pool was easy. Highly recommend

Excellent location - beautiful beach - quiet area of beach only accessible by people staying at the property. Great set up to include the umbrella and beach chair service. Condo was clean and well equipped. Perfect place to stay and large enough to make it an extended vacation.

Property was just as advertised. Everything was perfect from gaining access, carts available for luggage, elevator that looks out to the beach and the accommodations were the best we have ever rented by far. Already looking to reserve next year, but for a longer stay. Balcony overlooks the Gulf. Fabulous views and free use of beach chairs. Thanks for a very good vacation!
