This condo is prepared to help you have fun. There are lots of items to use at the beach, rackets for tennis or Pickleball and fishing poles to use on the deck. Need a break from the sun there are games, puzzles and books.

Very well maintained place. All the little things were there: iced pack for the beach, towels, beach chairs, ombrellas…felt like home. Very handfull beach buggy. Quick responses from the owner. One of the best rentals ever had. The views are stunning (front balcony sitting sun and rear balcony rising sun with dolphins). Quiet and peacefull place.

Scott was a great host, making sure we had everything we needed to make it a great week. The amenities were top notch! My boys always had something to do. The tv wasn’t turned on once the whole week! The beautiful weather helped too. I wish we could return but they only rent by the week and we will be staying in the area longer next time. But if you are looking for a seven nights stay, I would highly recommend this place and these hosts. It was great!!

Condo complex is quiet and nice for families. Scott and Tammy provided many extras and are very responsive to any need. We enjoyed watching the dolphins and playing pickle ball. Overall a great stay!

We have a great vacation at this rental! The location is nice and quiet and we really enjoyed the pool. The unit was very nice and had all the beach supplies we needed to go to the beach across the street. We loved walking to the beach, walking to coffee shop, grilling at the property and relaxing at the pool. Scott was a great communicator and made everything easy and made sure we had what we needed.

I'm sure anyone would be happy staying at this updated, nice and clean condo. Everything was provided for from beach accessories to fishing poles and games. Close to beach accesses, restaurants and shopping. The large balcony facing the intercoastal waterway is especially relaxing and enjoyable. Also, the owners prompt response to any questions, was very helpful. We enjoyed our stay. Thank you Tammy and Scott for sharing your condo.

We highly recommend this condo. It is nicely updated, comfortable & well equipped. Beautiful intercoastal views right outside the living room and bedroom, with the visit of occasional dolphins.
The owners are easy to communicate with and super friendly/helpful. Such relaxing property, also centrally located to beaches and lots of other activities. Highly recommend!

Endless summer
We really enjoyed our stay at the condo. The view on the balcony is soothing and peacefull. We saw dolphins and maybe a lamatee. Everything was impeccable and clean. It was homey and near the beach. Thank you Scott and Tammy!

Our summer vacation
This condo was one of the best we have ever rented. When we arrived we had a wonderful welcome basket and note! The condo supplied us with everything we needed and more. Scott and Tammy thought of everything down to the detail to ensure we had an enjoyable week. They communicated with us prior to arrival and throughout our stay. We had a beautiful view of the bay to watch the dolphins. The condo was very clean and quiet. Neighbors were friendly. The weather was fantastic and the water was so clear. We had an absolutely amazing time at this condo! It is perfectly situated amongst all of the beaches. A block away from the beach, amazing sunset on the beach! The sunrise was beautiful from the balcony as well! The amenities were great and the owners were excellent in providing such great advice about the area and very easy to work with! The condo was stocked with paper products and toiletries. We had an amazing vacation and absolutely loved the condo and the area, looking forward to going back!!! While their we enjoyed Salt Rock Grille and Crabby’s on the pass, both were delish!!

Wonderful Stay
This condo has everything you need. The location is great, short walk to ocean, (across parking lot) short drive to everything. They provided many little extra's in the condo which did not go unnoticed thank you. Scott and Tammy were excellent with communication, and tending to any request, and checking on us to see if we had any issues. We have stayed in the complex many times and this was by far our favorite place. We are already looking hopin to return next year.

Best Vacation Ever
From start to finish this was one of the absolute best rental experiences that we have had. The communication was great, the location is perfect, and the unit is absolutely beautiful!
We spent 2 weeks here, and felt at home from the moment we walked in. We love the space, all the extras to use for the beach, and the property has so much to do. We sat on the balcony and watched countless birds, boats, dolphins and manatees. We swam, played tennis and shuffle board, and went to the roof top deck to enjoy the sunrise and great views of the back of the property.
The kitchen had everything we needed and we celebrated a birthday just like we would at home. We had adults, teens, and younger kids and everyone of us felt like we could have stayed forever. We will definitely be back! If in doubt about where to stay you will not go wrong here. We could not recommend hosts or a place more strongly than this one.

Perfect place to stay
We were very lucky to find this beautiful, well equipped, great location, and WONDERFUL hosts condo. The location on the intercoastal is so much fun; you can sit and relax on the deck, watch the dolphins, manatees and boats go by, also, beautiful sunrises from the deck and then go out the front door to watch the sunset. It is a very short walk across the street to the beach. Scott & Tammy are the best hosts we have ever had at a VRBO and we have stayed at many. Before we went they were in contact with us providing detailed information about the condo and the area. If we had any questions Scott responded immediately. The condo has EVERYTHING you need including a very nice welcome basket. Just bring your swimsuit, flip flops and be ready to have a wonderful stay in this comfortable condo.

All the amenities and attention to detail made the stay very comfortable. The owner was very attentive and quick to respond to any question.
It was a wonderful way to start retirement by relaxing on the balcony watching the intracoastal waterway and only a short walk to the gulf. We would definitely stay there again.
