The building was old and not in great shape. I wish somewhere in the listing it would have mentioned there was no parking. We circled the block 4 times looking for a spot. The housekeeper told us where to park, 4 blocks away. Online the rooms looked nice. The rooms were tiny and old. Not at all worth what we paid, the only positive was the location

I’ve stayed in this building before, so was aware of the smell in the front lobby. You must run air conditioners to get rid of it . The beds were comfortable and linens clean. The kitchen clean and all utensils available if you were going to cook. Mr. Coffee machine (round filters required). Plenty of beach towels provided, but you have to rent beach chairs on the beach. The shower had hot water, but as people have mentioned there is mold on the window in shower as there isn’t a fan. Had some issues with the fob and wifi code that were attended to by owner! Love South Beach, so glad I got to visit again. Don’t miss the Pointe where you’ll see the cruise ships depart ( check the Port of Miami on line for dates and times). Get out and walk and explore!

Very centrally located, super close to the beach and walkable to Ocean Drive. I would recommend bringing your own toiletries even though it’s listed. There were no towel racks or holders which would be helpful given that a lot of time will probably be spent at the beach.

The apartment is smaller than it appears on the pictures, the bathroom is tiny and needs renovation, there was mold around the shower and it was not clean. We were unable to cook during our stay as the gas was not working due to maintenance in the building. Furthermore, the pool could not be used as there was no pool maintenance. The owner should have warned us of these issues, as the price should have been different if you cannot use all the services. The apartment overlooks a parking lot and there was a lot of noise from engines and pollution. Finally, the cleanliness leaves much to be desired, the sheets and towels smelled musty and were quite deteriorated. Very disappointed with this accommodation, quite expensive by the way, the only good thing is the location, as it was close to all services.

This place had an absolutely prime location! Easy access to the beach! Walking distance to many bars and restaurants. Very reasonable price for location and access to what South Beach had to offer!

Great location! Beds were extremely uncomfortable, linens were dirty, apartment didn't smell good and the apartment was overall not clean. So overall dislikes were cleanliness and bed comfortability.

The faucet in the sink was so loose I thought it was going to come apart . It was horrible. I asked for a refund from host and Arbo . She said put the key in the lock and never got back to me or refunded my money. What I’m really upset is that Arbo was no help . I wise in a different state at 8 pm at night with no place to stay and they were more concerned about the host . I had to find a place by myself and miss my daughters birthday arrangements. It was a nightmare!! All I want is now is to get my money back and no one is helping me with that .. I have rented so many times from many places but Arbo your policy is no good. For the customers . You should have tried to help me in out with making sure I was ok in a different state and I was safe

Small one bedroom condo with 2 full sized beds in bedroom, futon sleeper sofa in living area, and bath tub/shower. Not fancy, but great location. Right on the bike/ walking trail that runs to the pier and all the way up the beach. Rental bikes are available throughout the area. There is a private pool that wasn’t busy.

We absolutely loved our stay. Location was perfect, room was exactly as shown. We could walk to everything we needed. The beach was right out back as told. The beach chairs and umbrella was a big plus. We had a few little issues when we got their but Judith gave me the number to the lady that helps with the units. She was amazing. She definitely went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. We have found our spot that we will definitely revisit.

Perfect location on ocean blvd, we had easy access to food, drink, and fun! Pillows were a bit flat. We enjoyed our time in South Beach.

This was a nice property to be close to the beach. Had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable. I wish the pillows were a bit newer and we had a few extra towels.

We arrived at 2:30am because of our flight getting delayed. When we arrived, the previous renters had not replaced the key in the lockbox so we had no way to get into our unit. The host was (understandably) unable to be reached at that time of night. We had to go across to the Lord Balfour hotel to see if they had any rooms left. After that, we got the key the next day from the cleaning staff and the rest of our stay went fairly smoothly. The location is great and the building is pretty quiet at night.

Location was amazing! Just a few short steps from the pool to the ocean! It was a fantastic stay!

The 2 beds make it perfect for a friends' getaway. Short walk to the beach (chairs/umbrella included!) . Head north for the action and head south for a beautiful scenic, serene walkabout - great restaurants in both directions and quiet neighborhood. Judith is always reachable.

Affordable place to stay, with good access to beach and cafes along Ocean Dr. Tight quarters but good lodging for two adults. Owner was helpful with responding to questions. Easy check in and out. No on site parking. Condo included access to two beach chairs and an umbrella.
