This apartment is in a good location in the center, very clean and comfortable, the landlord is very respectful and friendly and spoke Persian like an Iranian. I think the rating of 3 out of 5 is not fair and I suggest the good booking site to increase this rating because in the comments section, the shortcomings that were previously noted, such as the bathroom and furniture, have all been renovated and replaced and the furniture was very comfortable. So if I want to stay in Yerevan again for daily rent, I will definitely choose this apartment. So I say to the landlord: Thank you
