We had a wonderful stay at Big Tuna! The listing was exactly as advertised, and the photos accurately represent the home. Everything was clean when we arrived, and we especially appreciated the abundance of towels, which made a big difference for our family. The location was close to plenty of restaurants and shopping, and just a short drive to the beach. We also loved that the property offers a complimentary beach shuttle, making trips to the beach even more convenient. One of our favorite touches was the collection of beach toys available for guests to use. It was nice to see that previous guests had contributed to the collection, and we were happy to leave a few additional toys behind for future families to enjoy. The hosts were incredibly responsive and easy to communicate with. Thankfully, we didn't experience any issues during our stay, but it was reassuring to know they were available if we needed them. The only suggestions I would make are relatively minor. A Wi-Fi extender would be a great addition, as the Wi-Fi signal didn't reach the upstairs very well. Also, the living room TV is not a smart TV, so we weren't able to log into streaming services like Netflix after a long day at the beach. Neither of these impacted our overall enjoyment of the trip, but addressing them would take the experience from great to exceptional.Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Big Tuna!

Great location for small family get-together. TV and wifi can be improved.

The property was exactly as described and clean. Service from the property manager was top notch and check in process was very easy. We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend.

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, we enjoyed our stay here. The location was convenient and the space fit our family's needs well. We were traveling with 3 young kids so the bunkbeds were a great fit as well as the crib and highchair. However, there was a lack of some household amenities like trash bags and basic cleaning supplies (dishwasher pods, laundry detergent, etc.) It would have been nice to know this before hand so we could have planned ahead. The property was also not ready at 4:00 PM the day of check in. We had to wait 3 hours for our rental to be ready. That is a long wait with 3 young children.
