This location was convenient to everything. The house was totally beautiful!

Perfect location for our family vacation!

The location and accommodation were excellent. Would have been nice if there were games available since the weather while we were there was colder than expected and we spent more time indoors. We had to run to Walmart for Uno and a couple other games. Instructions on the master shower could have been clearer as to how to adjust knobs for each shower head. Loved that the beach, tennis courts, shopping, and restaurants were all in walking distance. We did not use the pool since we only had one warm day and spent it at the beach.

Churchill Dunes is nestled perfectly between a neighborhood pool and beach access, with easy access to Rosemary, 30A, and Highway 98. We could not have asked for a better location and it is a beautiful home - from afar. The listing claimed two king bedrooms when we booked, but there was actually only one. That caused some commotion as someone inevitably was disappointed. I requested all listings on all platforms be amended. We were some of the first guests since this ownership team took over, and it's clear there were some kinks to work out. There was mold covering the interior dishwasher to the point that we didn't trust the cleanliness of the dishes. The primary shower drain was clogged. When a repairman came in on Day 3, he assured us that someone would return the next day and suggested we hand wash all of our dishes for our health and safety. No one ever returned. We bought a poster board to cover the downstairs bathroom window so neighbors couldn't see in. There was no hair dryer, even though it was listed as included. The stairway light switch didn't work. The only mirrors are in the bathrooms, making it difficult for many folks to get ready at the same time. I think there was one towel hook in the house. Three of the four patio/balcony areas had no furniture. We laughed about the circumstances and enjoyed being so close to the beach and pool. Hopefully, the next folks will benefit from our comedy of errors.
