We decided to go on our first trip as empty nesters : )
Checking in the condo was easy, you get a code and keyless entry gets you in the condo. The condo looked just as it was presented in the photos... nice and very accommodating. The kitchen had updated appliances , but the oven was a bit frustrating. It was touch screen and in "demo mode". I had to look up a video to figure out how to get it out of that mode. Instructions on how to operate that would have been nice. In the bathroom the shower head was very moldy ( I took a picture). We had to bleach it before we used it. The furniture in the den needed to be cleaned. It is lighter/white and shows dirt easy. We do love the area in Mexico Beach and the condo is across the street from the beach and not a bad walk over. Overall we had a great time and the condo could just use a little deep cleaning, but on the surface it was nice.

Love the Paradise Shores property. My best friend and I have stayed at this property a couple of times and love it's location and the cleanliness of the property. Planning on going back soon!

Our condo was spotless and perfectly stocked for our family beach getaway. Such an easy walk to the beach and I couldn’t get over how quiet it was. We will definitely be coming back in the future.

Excellent stay! Clean, comfortable. Covered parking. Easy quick safe access to beach. Not commercialized area. Bought lots of groceries and excellent kitchen was able to cook all meals except 1 when we went to see a movie in PCB. Balcony furniture was nice. Family furniture was comfortable. Had a bit of difficulty with the TV but whatever 😅. Shower and bathroom were really nice. Grill area downstairs out back worked great (charcoal). We bot lots of fresh seafood and enjoyed every bit of it. Beaches we spacious and not crowded at all. Elevators and pool were nice. This place was def as advertised. Not the Ritz, but we both agreed would def come back.

We all loved the place and the location, only at times the pool looked like it needed cleaned. The beds were very comfortable. And at times it smelled a little like mildew in the unit.
But I will definitely be coming back

My best friend and I needed a break so we took our daughters for a spring break girls trip. It was nice and quiet. the area is filled with friendly people. The fact that there isn't tons of extra things to do makes it even better. The beach and the pool were all the entertainment we needed. We came back rested and with money in our pockets instead of exhausted and broke. Can't wait for next you.

Good size for 4 adults with comfortable living room furniture. Balcony was great for relaxing, reading and looking at the ocean. Beach accessories were very helpful. A couple of concerns were quickly taken care of.

5 stars across the board. Immaculate home. Easy check in and out. Flawless access. Great parking. Just needs darker curtains in master to block out next door gas station lights.

Just myself and an old friend stayed. In our 60's. Two senior ladies. Very clean and comfortable. Great parking. Just cross the highway for beach access.

Condo was exactly what was advertised. Very clean and management very responsive. Kitchen fully stocked and again, very clean. The washer and dryer were not working correctly but management said they would fix it as soon as we left. We would love to stay again ;)

Didn't hear neighbors through the walls. At first, we were hesitant to book a condo style place since we're fishing enthusiasts and tend to lug heavy coolers around as part of the process. Carts in the lobby fixed that concern and super convenient for transporting luggage and heavy coolers.

Property was as described. Good location. Handicap accessible showers for grandma. Only complaint is that stool in smaller bathroom shower was covered in black mold so my grandma bleached it the best she could. There were dirty clothes underneath her sink. I think cleaning crew just rushed through job. Overall everything else was clean.

Condo was great - Appealing decor & very nicely equipped. Very Clean. Two issues though; damp/wet bed linens were on both beds & kitchen dark ( light not working).

Came down to shark fish with friends. Have stayed in this condo building before and love this beach and the location. Come every year.. Till we see each other again, thank you for great time

The place was clean and decorated perfectly. There were plenty of towels and supplies. Only complaint I’m might have is the beds need new pillows due that they were all flat.

Nice condo with lots of space and comfortable beds. Open ocean view from pool deck (although it looks like construction on the ocean front may be in the near future. Pool and spa were cleaned daily. Carts available in the elevator parking garage lobbies were a nice touch to bring all of your stuff in.

Clean, comfortable, and reasonably priced, you can’t go wrong with this one. We will definitely stay here again and have no problem giving it a 5 star rating. The only issue we had was with the TV ( only a few channels) and that might be an easy fix. We only stayed a few nights passing through so I didn’t mention it to the manager.

Clean, comfortable, and reasonably priced, you can’t go wrong with this one. We will definitely stay here again and have no problem giving it a 5 star rating. The only issue we had was with the TV ( only a few channels) and that might be an easy fix. We only stayed a few nights passing through so I didn’t mention it to the manager.

Beautiful condo!
Great location! It was also comfortable and beautifully furnished! The kitchen was well equipped with a Keurig coffee maker. We would happily recommend to friends and would stay here again.
