I liked the location. There was a nice washer / dryer unit. Good TVs in all the rooms and the internet worked great. The master bedroom shower was very nice.

The beds and pillows were not the most comfortable. The cookware was okay but one pot was missing a handle and there was only one medium sized frying pan.

Hello now that we are home and I'm able to process my vacation , I definitely feel I am owed more than $10 in refunds.. the description of the property says sofa bed and that was miss leading considering it was no sheets, comforters, pillowcases, etc. for the bed ..nor were we informed in my email details to bring anything for the sofa bed. We used our own throws that we keep in our car just in case we are cold when traveling. I Definitely wasn't going to spend my vacation texting back and forth with you all about things that should have been available in the property upon our arrival. I would greatly appreciate it if this is handled in a professional manner . Thank you Mrs Damitra Cannon

The location was perfect !!

No sheets provided , No blankets , Dirty comforter 's on both beds, pillows had no pillow protector , I called for linens upon arrival at 4 pm and they said they would deliver them tomorrow. When I told them this was not acceptable they said to go buy them , we did, and then we got a call they would deliver linens and blankets. They called at 11:00 pm at night and woke us up. The beds were AWFUL, hard and without supports underneath. The floors were not clean. My friend has a picture of her feet with soot dirt all over them. The shower curtain had blood stains all over it !!
