The house was beautiful with plenty of space for our family. We had everything we needed, the house was clean, and the beds were comfortable.

Wow, Shaun and Angie thought of it all! This house is spacious, updated and has absolutely everything you want in a vacation home. Our family gathered from around the country to celebrate Christmas and everyone kept commenting about the house. It was the perfect backdrop for our group of eight. The kitchen is well stocked and we so enjoyed the bar area by the living room—it was our go to for morning coffee. The beds are sooo comfy and the bedrooms and bathrooms are updated and decorated beautifully. If you’re fortunate enough to find your dates available, book now. You won’t regret it!

This was a lovely home filled with many thoughtful and loving details, and it was the perfect spot for our family to get together. We chose this house specifically for the fact that it had 5 bedrooms, whereas many other similar houses only had four, but we didn't bargain on the many other nice spaces in the home, like the cute little breakfast nook that doubled as a great game table, the kitchen and separate bar area, and the lovely private back yard with a thick hedge around it to prevent any visibility into the space from the street. The hosts were very responsive and very kind. Staying at this house was a huge win for everyone in the family. Thank you so much!!

My family of 7 stayed here for Thanksgiving and we had a great time! The home is super cute and the bedrooms are good-sized with comfortable bedding. You can walk to the beach. Hosts were very sweet and communicative!

Loved our stay! Creative layout with multiple areas for gathering and precious family time. Comfortable and spacious bedrooms as well. Kids and adults had so much fun in the “pool@ our back as well as many meals enjoyed at outdoor table! Would love to stay again!!

My family consists of some that are pretty particular about where they stay when away. This home lived up to those high expectations and was even BETTER than the photos.
The interior was completely redone with very clean and comfortable furniture, upgraded bedding, all the kitchen utensils needed, and special amenities; from the wet bar in the living room to the raised decking area in the back yard.
The beach is definitely walkable with many restaurants on the way and nearby. Jacksonville Beach has so many cool seafood, taco and beach bars that we simply couldn't get to them all; even thought we truly tried.
There were no negatives and all positives to this home and the town. Our group of seven highly recommends this great J-Ville Beach spot.

The house is beautiful and the location is 3 to 4 blocks to beach and many eateries are close. We had 11 people comfortably stay in the home. The description of the house was spot on and my family created so many memories. The hosts were fantastic giving us many suggestions for activities.

The house was very nice and spacious, also the decor was very appealing. It was close to all necessaries that may be needed, but not walking distance to the beach but only a short drive. The smaller kids enjoyed the small pool, it was very nice, over all a very enjoyable stay. The only inconvenience was there was only on TV in the house. My family had a very good vacation time I at Jax Beach!!

The house was perfect for a group like ours of all adults and would be perfect for a large family or two families vacationing together. Neighborhood was great, location was good as well. The hosts were easy to communicate with and so accommodating. I would highly recommend this location. Thanks so much for helping my group make wonderful memories.

Perfect stay!
We thoroughly enjoyed staying at the Charleston! The house was just perfect. We shared the house with my sister and her family for a family wedding in the area. The amount of space was just what we needed and it was ultra clean and beautifully decorated. The location was great. You can walk to a nice coffee shop or stroll a little further to the beach. They provided a wagon which made the walk to the beach a lot easier. The houses had everything we needed and we really enjoyed the private backyard. The hosts were great to communicate and really went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable. I hate our stay wasn’t longer and will definitely return.
