The condo was great, rooms as described. Host was great with communication, answered questions we had, along with solving any issues that we had.

My daughter got married on Saturday and wanted the family to do the family Vacation with them. We looked for a place taht had 2 Master Bedrooms. This place had 2 Master Bedrooms plus enough room for the rest od our family. It was large enough for 7 adults.and room to spare. Wonderful appliances especially in house washer n dryer and ice maker. Plenty of storage and bathrooms all good.size. we really enjoyed it. The only downside were the slowness of the elevators going up or down and finding parking spacs in the parking garage. I have a dark vehicle and being in the garage kept my vehicle cooler.

The property was beautiful exactly as the listing. There was people watching for great granny. Family time around the kitchen and dinning for mom. Nightlife for the adults and water activities at the beach and pool for the kids. The condo had every amenity the we needed for a memorable family vacation.

upon arrival, noticed there was only 2 trash bags total in kitchen can. can opener did not work. no dish pods, but required to start dishwasher before dep. On third day of the trip, I messaged the owner bringing up the AC issue. I also brought up how the items in the refrigerator were sweating & food in the freezer was thawing out & the ice tray was filled with water because it was just not staying cold as it shouldve. Did not get a reply about either issue until the day of check out & was told that the AC was running constantly, that it is “July in FL” (i’m from florida, i know the temps can effect how the units run but we should not have walked into the condo and not felt even a slight difference in temperature from the outside). & also was told “my condo has been booked solid since sept of 2025, the fridge was fine”.it was so hot that multiple people in our group had to go to walmart & buy fans for the rooms. i had 3 young children on the bunks that would wake up in pools of sweat the following morning because even throughout the night, it was ridiculously warm inside. & thats with the blinds/curtains & every ‘exit’ door being closed & us not being in & out of the place during the day.just to be told “everything is fine” on the day of checkout & not getting a response the whole time we were there sucked.aside from the lack of communication while we were actually in the condo, the AC not working properly & the fridge/freezer messing up, the place is nice.
