We really enjoyed our stay. The property was very clean. The sunrise was beautiful and had a great time around town, Charleston and Sullivan's Island.

The property was very clean. The beach and pool access couldn't have been easier. It was a very quiet and peaceful. Reccomend.

The property had all of the amenities we needed and was very clean . The Realty Group apparently had a “gift” for us from the property owner, but neglected to inform us of this until the last scheduled day of our stay. Unfortuneatly, it had been a rainy week, so we had left a day early. Surely they knew about this when we checked in….did they want to keep it for themselves?

I was concerned about having a wooden rocker in the living room - I thought I would sit there so others wouldn't have to but we all liked that chair and it was fact we want to know were it was purchased (we want 2 for our screened porch). The beds were very comfortable, and very tall (almost needed a step stool to get in them for this short person -haha ). The front door took some getting used to, it does NOT automatically lock when you shut the door. We also couldn't get the lights on the porch to come on but we were only there a few days so we didn't fool with it. The couch folds out to accommodate more people but we didn't need it. If we had any complaints (and it really isn't a complaint) it would be that the sand and pollen needed to be cleaned off of the porch...if we had been there longer, I would have cleaned it myself...but other than that the unit and porch were in very good condition. We absolutely loved this unit and location and WILL stay here again!

The condo was well equipped and nicely appointed. We had plenty of everything we needed...soap, dish wash, toilet tissue, paper towel. The walk from the condo to the beach was fast and easy. It was never inconvenient to zip back to the condo when we forgot something or needed a break from the beach. We ordered beach chairs and umbrellas each day at a reasonable price as an add-on and they were delivered by 8 am. This was a really great experience for us from beginning to end.

Walking into the condo the space was open and beautiful. It looks like everything is brand new (furniture, linens, mattress, rugs and kitchen supplies.) The porch is large and you can see the water from the porch and master bed! The pictures do not the condo justice! There is a wall of mirrors in the living room that do not photograph well but in person the place is beautiful. Would definitely come back to this specific condo!

There were no clean blankets and guests were to use the quilted bedspreads as blankets which we found unacceptable because of covid. The agent on duty at the office was not helpful but once the manager called us, clean blankets were sent over that afternoon. We appreciate her help!

The mirrors looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in months. The kitchen had a sour smell the entire stay. We tried to problem solve by checking the trash can, pouring bleach down the disposal several times and checking the refrigerator. No luck��in the beginning of our stay the front door locked intermittently. By the end of our stay it would never lock.
