The location was peaceful and still very close to the beach life.
The dishes were a little grimy (dishwasher I’m assuming) I rewashed a few before using them.

The downstairs hang out area is lovely and so spacious. We came for a wedding and family was able to come over and there was so much space for all of us to spend time together and catch up.
Everything was amazing! No complaints

It is away from the busiest parts of the beach, the bar and fireplace area are exceptional and the owner could not have been nicer. It was centrally located to both OIB and Sunset; a short drive. Wonderful place.
Nothing
