The house was in an excellent location. It was close to the beach and within a very short drive to the shops, restaurants and activities in Duck. The location is the best part about it!! The beach access was perfect! Their were lifeguards on duty, and plenty of space to enjoy the water and sun. The neighborhood was quiet and the neighbors were very nice. We spent many hours on the porch with a nice breeze, rockers and a fun swing. We did have to clean and sweep this ourselves. We arrived early because we expected traffic and could see that the house was finished. After calling twice we respected the process and waited. The text came at 3:00 for us to enter a home that was 91 degrees inside (clearly had been sitting for awhile) - unbearable. It took until 9:00 for it to finally cool down. It truly was a miserable way to begin our week. I did notify the rental company in hopes that no one has to start their vacation like this. Overall, we had a great vacation in this home. It was as described inside and okay for our family six.

Check in was smooth and fast… house was close to the beach and suited our needs. Only problem was their was no hair dryers or toiletries like shampoo and conditioner. So we had to buy them.

Quiet neighborhood easy walk to the beach. 4 bedroom 2 bath home was spacious and comfortable, the bathrooms are a bit outdated and small. Huge deck areas along with roof top sun deck. The trees on the property need trimmed so sunsets could be viewed. Nice large parking area with outdoor shower and laundry room. A/C worked great - TV’s in every bedroom. Overall a very nice home! A few updates/upgrades would make it 5 stars. Property management company was excellent!
