Very clean and nice rooms and pleasant wonderful stay comfortable and homely. Very humble staff and always trying to make the stay of the guest super easy and homely.

I liked nothing about this hotel. I had a really pethatic experience here.

My experience was extremely pethatic staying here. At the time of arrival, the manager denied checkin despite me having confirmed booking from booking.com. He demanded more money. When I called the customer service, they suggested to book me at another hotel. Since it was late night, I paid whatever the hotel manager was asking for, and checked in the room. Then I realised I've made a mistake. Throughout the night, I had to deal with all kinds of mosquitoes, and bugs flying in the room. They kept comin in from the shaft door. The linens were really dirty, and there were spider nets near the lights. Don't even think of staying here. It will be a painful experience.

The staff working at the hotel were polite and helpful. I think that's the only good part about it.

It's a huge list. But the owner tops it all, I don't think he understands how to treat and help the guests. 1) The first room provided, had the TV screen upside down 2) So they changed the room where the basics were not there 3) Because we checked in at night and we were tired, we really didn't go into nitty gritty 4) The room door would open if you closed it and didn't lock 5) The washroom door wouldn't close until you literally slam it 6) WiFi didn't work, they shared incorrect password for 2 days 7) We asked them to clean the room but when we returned, the room was still the same, they said there is no one to clean it 8) I had to make the bed and flipped the bedsheet to make it feel new but when I saw, it was dirty and wasn't changed before the room was given 9) There were few tiny bugs that we ignored because it can maybe happen but when there was something that bit me after making the bed, I saw there was something which looked like a bed bug 10) When I showed the staff, the staff sent a photo to the owner, he said, it's a local bug and not harmful to humans ( it was really hilarious to hear that and to see how casual he is about it) 11) In the mid of night I realised that there was no water, there was a pipeline outburst, which was not available till the next afternoon, as soon as I complained the water was there 12) One of the reasons why I booked this hotel was it had a terrace but I couldn't even think of going in night because the other night few men literally dashed into the room, i think they were drunk and then said sorry. And when I intended to go the lift wasn't working 13) When I called OYO, there service is another hassle, i had representative disconnecting calls on my face 14) I called them for a refund but the owner appeared from somewhere talking about how everything is fine and maybe I am trying to loot him asking for refund.
