Staff was absolutely adorable, from the receptionist over the owner to the cleaning lady. Everybody was extremely kind and helpful, and made you feel welcome, a real delight. Hotel is in walking distance from the city centre of Belek (check out the evening market for Turkish crepes, cheese and olives!), and only 5 minutes away (by taxi) from the congress centre in the Granada.

WiFi could have been more stable. Unlike what some reviews stated, there was hot water, but it takes a while to arrive in the room.

1. The hotel is good for 1 night, not for a long stay. 2. Parking is available near the hotel.

Pretty poor breakfast but it's ok for the most of budget hotels in Turkey.

its newly property so smell was dr but pool area was amazing and overall the best host/staff bekir made it nice

the room was smaller than though on the website showed 3 large beds but was only 2 double bed n single bed so that was not pleasant start ..

all staff were exceptional, very kind and very helpful. breakfast was lovely. location was great. pool was very clean and nice.

cupboard drawers didnt open properly, bathroom was not fixed properly. room was not ready for when we arrived it had not been cleaned.

there’s no hot water in all water system in the room. there is no key for a room , which mean I leave my door open during all day .

When you consider the Price of the hotel it is very very good. If you would like 5* accommodation there are plenty of options in Belek but this is just as advertised. Excellent Staff, excellent stay, nice clean hotel.
