Perfect for kids or guest staying in the bunk room. 2ND BEDROOM has 2 bunks and is located on the opposite side of the main bedroom. It is considered a bunk room (perfect for kids & teens) top bunk (weight capacity 275 LBS) bottom bunk is a little bigger and is considered a XL twin. This room includes a TV with DVD player and a 1/2 bathroom. Need extra sleeping spaces? Sofa in living room and kitchen table also convert into beds if necessary.
