SOTETSU GRAND FRESA TAKADANOBABA

Hotel is amazing, location is perfect, its just minute from metro stations, shopping mall, Donki, convenience stores. Love this place, it is our 2nd time in Tokyo and 2nd time in this hotel! Perfect location for reasonable price! if you want to be close to all in city its perfect location

there could be more washing machines, because there are a lot of rooms and only 3 washing machines

Great location- love Takadanobaba, right across from station. Easy access to everywhere. Comfy rooms and good breakfast.

It is very close to the takadanobaba station (yamanote line). It has a mall across the street with Uniqlo, JINS, etc. A Don Quijote next door and several combinis. Room was pretty spacious in my opinion. Has a private bathroom. They have amenities on the ground floor and they can loan you some pajamas. Self check-in but also a staff member available.

Everything was excellent.

Good location and lots of free amenities, like face masks, bath salts, etc. Beds were comfortable, room was clean, reception area was very nice, too.

For starters breakfast was just terrible, like so bad that even though we’d paid for it , we opted for not eating there on the second day. Do not recommend paying for breakfast there, lots of options around. Staff has very limited English. Had issues with night supervisor when I paid to do laundry ( wash & dry) and it didn’t dry. He wanted me to pay more to dry the clothes and I put my foot down , all via translator, which made it that more stressful, in the end he took our clothes to dry in the hotel dryer . When I picked it up in the morning half of our stuff was still damp, I decided to pay to dry a bit more in the paid machines to avoid more stress. Room was tiny, like our luggage wouldn’t pass though the space between the bed and the wall. We had to lift it to be able to lay it on the couch. Wouldn’t stay again.
